There is also a door that leads to the backyard. Down two steps is the family room with new flooring,windows and ceiling fan. Back down the hallway you reach a bedroom on the left first. Across the hall is the only full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a linen closet. To the left of the bathroom is the primary suite. This suite includes the primary bedroom with new flooring,windows and ceiling fan; and a half bathroom with sink,toilet and storage area. To the right is the 3rd bedroom with new flooring,windows and ceiling fan. The large fenced in backyard gives you plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. There is a also a carport and one car detached garage. Pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet and an additional $100 per month.
