The open-concept dining area, with seating for six and additional breakfast bar seating, creates an inviting space for meals with friends and family. The living room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxation and socializing. Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, at $29 per night per extra guest. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Centrally located in the Maplewood subdivision, this vacation home is just minutes from Houston's key areas such as Downtown, Inner Loop, and Galleria. With easy access to main roads, you can explore Houston's attractions without the hassle of suburban traffic. Nearby, you'll find the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo, Minute Maid Park, and vibrant neighborhoods like Midtown and Montrose, all within a 20-minute drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. We respect guest privacy, and the device does not record or store sound data. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included, but the comfortable living space provides a conducive environment for working from home.
