The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Late check-in incurs a $40 fee for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo to avoid accidents and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
