Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Extra sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each. Situated in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving.
