On-site valet services are available: Overnight Valet costs $75/day (+$3 gratuity) and includes in-and-out privileges with payment required upfront for the entire stay. Hourly / Regular Valet costs $50 (+$3 gratuity) and offers a standard hourly rate with no in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Luggage storage is not available on the premises. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment, with a penalty of $500 for violations.
