Parking is available for $50 per night, but spots are limited, so it's best to check availability when booking. Boasting a mix of historic and modern architecture, the area is home to luxury boutiques, flagship stores, and iconic landmarks such as the Water Tower and the John Hancock Center. With its dynamic atmosphere and central location, the Magnificent Mile is a quintessential destination for both locals and visitors alike. Nearby attractions include the Museum of Contemporary Art, Riverwalk, Millennium Park, Washington Square Park, Mag Mile, and Navy Pier, all within walking distance. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building, with a fine of USD$500 per occurrence. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, which must be notified prior to check-in. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, and transient visitors must comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises by 10 PM. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will incur a fee of USD$150 each to replace.
