There may be additional parking in garages or street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, though you may occasionally notice a few small bugs due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat. The apartment includes an office desk and chair, making it suitable for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
