If you are looking for a great place to live close to town, but with privacy and the feeling of being away, this is for you. Rustic cabin sitting on 4.3 acres of private wooded land. Insulated windows through-out and the cabin is heated/cooled by mini-split HVAC system. Also has a wood stove that can be used in the winter after signed liability agreement. PLEASE READ: This property is unique and not for everyone. While the entrance road off of Yellow mountain is only around 2 tenths a mile to the cabin, it's a steep rocky mountain road. During ice/snow days, tenant will need to coordinate with neighbors to park at the base. Roanoke County picks up trash weekly, but tenant will have to transport can from cabin to Yellow Mountain Rd and back. Additionally, there is a 1 acre grass field that must be maintained during growth seasons and plethora of leaves that must be cleared during Fall season. If any of these items cause you concern after reading, please don't apply. Water and sewer are included in rent; tenant covers all other utilities. Pets may be allowed depending on breed/age and will require increased security deposit. Full terms and conditions are listed in the lease agreement. Rental application and credit report required. Property is owner managed in order to cut out the middle man and expedite communication. I've owned it for 15 years and pretty much know everything about the structure and surrounding property.
