This is for 2 rooms in a 4 bed house. Rm 3 has new carpet and Rm 4 has new luxury vinyl floors and a huge imported custom built armoire wardrobe. Room 4 is on the opposite side of the house with a private entrance and is perfect for someone looking for more space and privacy. Shared kitchen, living room, and backyard. You will generally have a private bathroom (it’s in the hallway so if there are guests over it’s not 100% private). House is in the Oceanside tri-city area, close to Albertsons, Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, etc. Enjoy tennis courts, baseball, playground, or a nice walk in the park across the street. Walk down the street to Primo Thunder market and enjoy some pan dulce and Taco Tuesdays. I’m 30, quiet and will be the only other one living in the house. Sometimes I have family visit from the east coast and they may stay in my second room. My parents are retired and sometimes will stay for a few weeks at a time, but they are quiet and like to cook. I work during the day in an office. I’m a government employee / IT supervisor so not 420 friendly. I’m not someone who likes parties at home, but I understand if you want to do a 4th of July BBQ or something like that. You will need to be ok filling out paperwork for a background check and credit check. Looking for someone who isn’t loud and will respect the house we share. Planning for an April move in date, but will adjust the date for the right person. You must have an income of 2.5x the rent and near 700 credit score. No prior evictions. Housebroken pets considered.. if you have a cat it will need to stay in your room as I’m allergic.
