Parking is available for up to four vehicles on the property. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $150 per approved pet. Unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge. Dogs or children under 18 should never be left alone on the property, violation results in a $250 fee. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road, violation results in a $150 charge. No smoking is permitted inside; detection of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; one warning will be issued, and the first disturbance after the warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed; violation results in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay. Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited, leading to immediate cancellation and eviction with no refund.
