The spacious living room with a Smart TV and a book collection is designed for entertaining and relaxation. Natural light pours in through large windows, giving the living space an inviting, sun-kissed glow. The house boasts three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the living area. Each bathroom is complete with soft, fluffy towels and an array of complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh and clean. Additional guest charges apply for more than 8 guests, with a fee of $75 per guest per night. Parking includes 2 spaces, with additional parking available for a fee of $50 per car per night, with a maximum of 4 cars in total. Visitors may park for free for up to 2 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, with a fee of $50 per hour for the first 2 hours and $100 per hour thereafter. Kayak rental is available for guests. A crib, stroller, and travel kit are also provided. The closest Metrorail station to the house is the Golden Glades Station, which is about 2 miles away, while the closest bus stop is only a 7-minute commute. No parties or events are allowed. The property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system and security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Self check-in is available with a lockbox. Instructions will be sent before your stay begins. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. A guest registration form is required to personalize your stay and provide assistance during your visit. Guest identity verification is required, including signing an online rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled. A laptop computer is not included.
