Here you'll find an array of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutting knives, and plenty of plates, bowls, and cups. The spacious living room with a Smart TV and a book collection is designed for entertaining and relaxation. Natural light pours in through large windows, giving the living space an inviting, sun-kissed glow. The house boasts three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the living area. Each bathroom is complete with soft, fluffy towels and an array of complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Our home is equipped with a washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh and clean. We can accommodate up to eight guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than eight people, there will be an additional charge of $75 per guest, per night. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $50 per hour for the first two hours and $100 per hour thereafter. Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability. On-site kayak rental is available exclusively for our guests. Crib, stroller, and travel kit are also available. Our property's ideal location provides easy access to Miami's vibrant attractions, renowned dining scene, and world-class shopping destinations: 2 minutes to the Aventura Mall, 5 minutes to the ocean, and right next to the Brightline Aventura West Train Station and I95. Some of the great dining options nearby include Tania's Table, Casa D'Angelo, Houston's, and Sea Grill Restaurant. The closest Metrorail station to the house is the Golden Glades Station, which is about 2 miles away, while the closest bus stop is only a 7-minute commute. No parties or events are allowed. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Self check-in is available with the lockbox. Instructions will be sent before your stay begins. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
