We have a beautifully maintained, fully furnished downstairs unit of a duplex becoming available on October 15th in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood—just minutes from Rice Village, Rice University, and the Texas Medical Center. We're looking for a lease term of at least two months, and the rent is $2,950/month, which includes all utilities as well as internet and Wi-Fi. A $900 security deposit is required. The space features an open-concept layout with ceramic tile flooring, central AC and heat, a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fireplace for a cozy touch. It comes furnished with three (3) beds (one king and two full size), couch, dining table, and other essentials—just no television. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer located in a separate exterior unit. Driveway parking is included, and we handle all landscaping. Pets are welcome! We allow dogs and cats with a $400 pet deposit ($200 of which is nonrefundable). Since this is the lower unit of a duplex, there are typically tenants upstairs, but noise has never been an issue. If anything ever comes up, just let us know—we’re very responsive and happy to help. No smoking is allowed. A background check and proof of income will be required.
