The living space offers plenty of seating with comfy couches and a large living room with a smart TV. The kitchen and dining space include a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and free coffee beans, along with a dining table. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized mattress and closet space. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access and an in-house washer and dryer. Garage parking is available for 1 car. The location is unbeatable, with a 1-minute walk to 4th Ward Park, a 7-minute walk to Truist Field, a 10-minute walk to the Spectrum Center, an 11-minute walk to Johnson & Wales University, a 13-minute walk to the Mint Museum, and a 15-minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is just a 15-minute drive away. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The property has a 30-night minimum stay requirement. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours and disturbing neighbors will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Pets are not allowed, and if a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. A contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and support is just a phone call away if needed.
