Drawing on her financial-services background, mortgage-lending education, and prior licensing experience, Nkoli helps buyers better understand the financing side of their transaction. Although Nkoli does not currently originate or process mortgage loans, her knowledge allows her to help clients prepare for preapproval, understand lending, ask informed questions, recognize how financing decisions may affect their purchase, and remain attentive to important loan and contract deadlines. She works closely with each client’s chosen lender to promote clear communication and keep the transaction moving toward closing. With extensive new-construction experience, Nkoli helps clients navigate builder contracts, incentives, financing considerations, inspections, appraisal concerns, negotiations, and closing requirements. Her goal is to ensure that buyers understand what they are signing, know what questions to ask, and feel supported throughout the entire process. Throughout her 10-year real estate career, she has built an exceptional record of helping buyers protect their earnest money and successfully reach the closing table. Only one buyer represented by Nkoli has forfeited earnest money in a transaction. Even after that purchase did not close, the relationship and trust remained. Three years later, the client returned to Nkoli, who successfully guided the family through the purchase of their home. Nkoli credits this record to careful contract management, proactive communication, close attention to financing and contingency deadlines, and her commitment to addressing challenges before they become costly problems. Above all, she credits the grace of God. Nkoli holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, New Home Builder Specialist, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
