Here are the apartment's few faults: no basement storage, no dishwasher or disposal, no yard or balcony, no off-street parking, and, sadly, no concierge or doorman (doorperson?). This is not a modern spiffy apartment building, it is a funky, comfortable home for you! While adorable, these are pretty small apartments, so ideal for a solo person and/or a truly deeply in love couple. A 15 minute walk to either Davis or Porter Square. Feel free to put pictures up and paint the walls any color you like! We want you to be happy and consider this your home. Location 202 Highland Avenue, Somerville, on the 88 and 90 bus lines and moments from the Bike Path and the new Green Line extension. Really nice fellow tenants. Mature and friendly landlady (that would be me) very responsive if there are maintenance concerns. We are relaxed and we welcome any sized pets as long as they are QUIET and you are considerate about keeping your apartment clean. NO SMOKING including pot, not even if you promise to smoke outside, sorry. We would like a renewable lease through August 31, 2026, plus 1st, last and half month security.
