The home features breathtaking views of downtown, a roof garden, and unique designer furnishings. Catering to both short-term and medium-term stays, it is an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a center island with a breakfast bar, high-end luxury finishes, and farmhouse-style open shelving, complete with stainless steel appliances and all basic cooking essentials. The dining room offers a restaurant-like environment with seating for six or more, while the living room provides an open-concept layout with a couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a large flat-screen TV. Free parking is available in the garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, at $29 per night per extra guest. Welcome to Houston, a city known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science, all wrapped in southern charm. Residents here eat out more than in any other city in America, so be sure to explore the culinary scene. Noise level monitoring is in place to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed, and small gatherings are permitted only upon request and approval. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels without recording sound data. The home is remote work-friendly, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area for easy socializing or working remotely.
