The living room, with two large and comfortable two-seater sofas that can also serve as individual beds, communicates with a big balcony through glass doors, offering wonderful skyline views and intimate sunsets. A stylish media unit with a TV set completes the living room's character. The classy dining table for six overlooks a spacious kitchen fully equipped with an electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher, and basic appliances. Each bedroom, close to the balcony, offers a different type of bed and includes a stylish chest of drawers and a TV. The apartment features four bathrooms with stunning marble desktops and large mirrors, one with both a bath and a shower, and another with a huge bath. The apartment is cooled by a central AC unit. Parking is available for a $160 fee for one spot for the entire duration of your stay. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and payable directly to the building each day. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. The apartment is situated in a lively neighborhood, offering excellent walkability and access to public transportation. Explore the vibrant local scene with a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces, and top shopping spots, all within walking distance. Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If your flight is delayed and you arrive after 10 PM, please notify us immediately. No smoking is permitted inside the condo; smoking is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a penalty equal to the whole amount of the security deposit will be charged. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby is closed, and temporary pathways provide safe access. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs, but the Jacuzzi and remaining pool deck are open. A limited number of pool passes for the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a $100 charge per missing item. We are not responsible for any items left behind, so please ensure all personal belongings are removed at departure.
