When the day is done, two queen bedrooms promise deep rest on comfortable mattresses. The primary suite offers the privacy of an en-suite bathroom, while the second uses the full hall bath. For flexible arrangements, a rollaway bed is available at the unit and a Pack & Play can be supplied upon request. Parking is $50 per night and spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies and any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay. Fulton Market is one of Chicago’s most walkable neighborhoods. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building.
