Additional notes: -Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval. -Strong credit, stable income, and a positive rental history are expected. -Verifiable liquid assets may be considered at the Owner's discretion. -No guarantors or third-party rentals are accepted. Security Deposit = 2x the full monthly rental fee (including any fee) or 1x the full month rental fee if you are 65 years old or older. Important to note At this stage, we do not require income or asset documentation.
