SD is at least one month's rent and may vary based upon background/credit check. Pets allowed but must be registered & approved through - this is part of the application process. $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Monthly pet fee, per pet, will range from $35-$75 based on pet screening results. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Utility fee of $61.97/month for trash/sewer and $50/month for water charged to tenant. This is assessed quarterly for alignment with usage. Security deposit, pet deposits, 1 full month's rent, proof of renters insurance & utilities in resident name all required prior to move in. Lawn care is resident responsibility. Applications are reviewed M-F during business hours only. All leases are for a 12-month period. Please remove shoes or wear booties if provided at entrance. RESIDENT BENEFITS: At Richfield Property Management, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That's why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles insurance, identity protection, pest control, air filter delivery, credit building, and rent rewards at a rate of $55.00/month, added to every property as a required program. More details upon application. *If you provide your own insurance policy, the RBP cost will be reduced by the amount of the insurance premium billed by Second Nature Insurance Services (NPN No. 20224621).
