The pet fee is $50 per pet for the whole stay with a maximum of 2 pets. No large animals allowed. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee for small pets applies. No pets in pools or hot tubs. If evidence of pets in pools or hot tubs is found, guests will receive a $250 fine. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. No confetti or glitter is allowed due to the difficulty of cleanup, with fines ranging from $150 to $300. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty, ranging from $125 to $500. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited on this property. We don’t allow disruptive gatherings, open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, excessive visitors, excessive trash or littering, smoking nuisances, parking nuisances, trespassing, or vandalism. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
