Hi, you can rent the whole apartment as one group. If you are by yourself or don’t have all your apartment mates, you can still sign a lease directly with me, owner, and you can pick your own apartment mates, adding some or all of them to the lease later. Approximately half the units in this building had only one or two people sign the lease initially and easily filled up the rooms every time. You would be given time to find your apartment mates.
