Hi, you can rent the whole apartment as one group. If you are by yourself or don’t have all your apartment mates, you can still sign a lease directly with me, owner, and you can pick your own apartment mates, adding some or all of them to the lease later. Approximately half the units in this building had only one or two people sign the lease initially and easily filled up the rooms every time. You would be given time to find your apartment mates. Each bathroom has double vanity drawers, double towel racks, a double roll toilet paper holder, double towel bars, etc., providing everyone with there own spaces. GREAT ROOM. Huge, open concept kitchen and living room. Join in and be part of the fun while cooking meals and entertaining friends and guests. Stainless steel appliances, pantry; garbage disposal, soft close everything, etc., in kitchen. CEILING MOUNTED PROJECTOR. 140+ inch video. All wires, HDMI, power, etc., recessed behind walls/sheetrock, no ugly wires everywhere. Simply plug media source, e.g., cable box, karaoke machine, etc. to ports in wall. Enjoy movie nights. Play music videos in background hosting cocktail parties. Run a movie in background while having dinner with guests. BATHROOM TABLETS. Recessed and articulating arm to move tablet in any position to watch movies and surf the internet from tub, toilet, vanity, etc. Program tablet to play favorite music and welcome you mornings when walking into bathroom and getting ready. LOCATION INFORMATION: Right outside the unit and building, the street is tree lined and serene, then half a block away the streets become lined with chef-driven eateries, taquerias, craft cocktail lounges, bicyclists, cupcakeries, music shops, trend setting boutiques, gourmet ice cream shops, eclectic live-music clubs, bars, cafes, hip night spots of all kinds, specialty and large grocers, booksellers, art galleries, and retailers of countless types. Many, just seconds to minutes walk from the unit, and all just blocks (less than a mile) from the unit, are countless: Top-of-the-line and fashionable restaurants – Foreign Cinema, Lazy Bear (Michelin Star), Limon, Al’s Place (Michelin Star), Marlena Restaurant (Michelin Star), Itria, Lolo, Gracias Madre, Mission Street Oyster Bar, Flour + Water, Lolinda, Beretta, etc. – and terrific and inexpensive food and go to spots – La Taqueria, Komaaj, La Traviata, Bass Seafood Express, Mission Picnic, etc. High end to dive bars and eclectic watering holes – El Techo, Laszlo, Bear VS Bull, El Trebol, Napper Tandy, Etcetera Wine Bar, The Liberties, Southern Pacific Brewing Company, etc. Cafes, retailers and specialty stores – e.g., six ice cream stores/creameries, like Bi-Rite Creamery, Humphrey Slocombe Ice Cream, Bernie Bee’s Italian Ices, Dog Eared Books, Valencia Cyclery, Borderland Books, Reformation, Aggregate Supply, Skechers Outlet, State of Flux, Cut Loose Clothing, GameStop, Stranded Records, Ritual Coffee, etc. Blocks to a mile and a half away from the unit are numerous nightclubs, live music halls, galleries and a multitude of other kinds of venues – Urban Putt Mini Golf, Make-Out Room, PanIQ Eacape Room, Bender’s Bar and Games, Submission Cocktails & Comedy Club., etc. Numerous large supermarkets, specialty grocers, and other conveniences are a couple of blocks to 0.7 miles from the unit, such as Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Walgreens, Harvest Hills Market, Valencia Farmers Market, W-K Market, Golden Market, San Fran Market, Valencia Grocery, etc. Numerous events and attractions like street fairs and festivals, where you can walk the streets and enjoy live music and food and drinks, are held just minutes walk from the unit, such as Carnaval, a two day event, and multiple local street fairs and farmers markets displaying foods, games, etc., on the weekends. Just 0.3 miles from the unit is famous Valencia Street as well. From this point and a mile down is some of the City’s hottest destination eateries, independent shops, most crowded watering holes, parklets, car-free Fridays and Saturdays, outdoor live music, etc. The building is located 0.9 miles to the U.S. 101, which leads to all parts of the Bay Area and highways, such as Silicon Valley, San Jose, San Mateo, Peninsula, Berkeley, Hayward, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Golden Gate Bridge, Marin, Interstate 280 and 80, etc. Cut out significant time stuck in local traffic mornings and afternoons. Numerous South Bay companies have pick up points in the area. This is a centrally located spot and is very walkable. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) and it’s 24th Street stop is 0.3 blocks away from the building. This stop is also a hub for San Francisco’s MUNI and buses (the main and broadest network of public transportation in San Francisco).
