High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The main spaces of this home include 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, Roku TV, full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, overhead fan and lighting, and room-darkening curtains. The upstairs guest bedrooms offer plush king-size and queen-size beds, Roku TVs, and full-body mirrors. The third upstairs guest bedroom includes two full-over-full bunk beds that sleep eight and a Roku TV. The downstairs guest bedroom has a plush queen-size bed, Roku TV, and full-body mirror. The sixth bedroom upstairs features a twin/twin trundle bed that sleeps two and a private desk/workspace. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, large island with seating, and both a Keurig and a filtered coffee maker. The living room boasts natural lighting, an open concept, Roku TV, pool table, air hockey, and a jukebox. The gym includes a treadmill, yoga mats, and dumbbell weights. The spectacular resort-style backyard and pool area offer a private pool, cushioned poolside loungers, BBQ grill, outdoor fridge and sink, shaded sofa seating, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor dining, and string lights for added ambiance. Up to two pets are allowed with a $125 pet fee. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area, making it easy to explore Memphis and its attractions. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. There is a strict no-parties policy, and a maximum of 12 guests are allowed on-site at all times, including daytime guests. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. There is one camera on the front porch for security purposes. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
