SUBLEASE 1BR APT. PET FRIENDLY. NO DEPOSIT. I have a one bedroom apartment to sublease. It's $828/month. Includes balcony, dishwasher, fireplace, laundry/dryer (in the same building). Quiet and safe neighborhood. A walk from Whole Foods, Fareway and a few min drive to Target, Valley West Mall, and restaurants. I can sublease until Aug 2017. Please let me know if you are interested. I can post more pictures if interested. Available ASAP. MORE INFO: So far I've been paying around $20 for water, etc (paid through the apt office) and $25 to MidAmerican. Rent insurance is ~$14 if your insurance doesn't already cover it.It's $25/month for the pet fee and I already paid the pet-deposit so you don't need to pay it. The apartment application fee is $35 and they would need to run a background and proof of income check. You would be responsible up until the month of Aug., although you can always turn around and sublease it to someone else for the rest of the term when you would be sure you'd no longer need the apartment. I would be responsible to show you the apartment. Please let me know if you are still interested and we can then schedule a time for you to come see it.
