The location is perfectly situated between the brand-new Wharf area in the SouthWest Waterfront and the Navy Yard neighborhood in SouthEast.? You're two blocks from the National's Stadium (where there is a metro station), three blocks from a Safeway Supermarket, half a block from a corner/liquor store, and across the street from Fort McNair (an Army base for officers.)? You're also only about 12 blocks from the US Capitol.? Put another way, you're right in the middle of everything.?
