This tastefully renovated and furnished modern apartment is located on a quiet residential street on the border of idyllic Bay Ridge and trendy Sunset Park. The apartment is a light-filled, stylish and newly renovated one bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It's on the ground floor of a townhouse with its own private entrance from the street. There is a full sofa bed and a single day-bed in the living space and a queen-size bed in a separate bedroom. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living space is 50". There is an office area located off of the main living area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything needed to cook meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, full-size fridge with water and ice dispenser, full-size gas stove with oven, microwave with a fan that vents outdoors and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a stacked washer and dryer inside the apartment as well. The apartment has heated tile floors throughout and two Fujitsu split AC/heat units with one in the bedroom and one in the living area. The bedroom has a full size closet with a full size chest of drawers. There is a second closet in the living space, large enough to store luggage, coats, shoes and more. Meter room by the entrance to the apartment can store a bike or scooter. Approximately a 35 minute drive from JFK, Newark and La Guardia Airports and 25-40 minutes to Manhattan by train, express bus or ferry. Steps away from Owl's Head Park, a short walk to a Citibike stand, the waterfront Shore Road Promenade and many bars, multi-cultural restaurants and stores along 3rd and 5th Ave. Walking distance to R train, local buses and X27/X37 express bus to Manhattan. Also a short walk to one of the most underutilized but the best bang-for-your-buck modes of transportation, the NYC Ferry with many stops at various areas of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, including a morning express ferry that drops you at Wall Street in under 15 minutes. NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital is only a 7 minute walk. New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist is 5.8 miles (also easy access by subway), Maimonides Medical Center is 2.4 miles. Very walkable/bikeable location. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of 1 month to longer depending on each situation. Please reach out with questions in order to evaluate your individual request. We request background check which is conducted by apartments dot com, plus a copy of last year’s W2 and recent pay stub. Lastly we will ask you to sign a lease via DocuSign and we will schedule a short zoom meeting or in person meeting as part of the application process. Cleaning fee of $200 will be collected with the last month’s rent payment. Note that the security deposit will be required upfront in order to reserve the apartment availability. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay. If the potential tenant cancels the stay after that time, the deposit will only be refundable if a new tenant is secured for the same dates. If tenant stays in apartment during the agreed term, the security deposit will be refunded provided that there are no damages to the apartment.
