Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, along with provided hangers, linens, towels, soap, conditioner, and body wash to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Situated in a fantastic location, this condo is just 3 blocks from the river, ideal for kayaking, and offers easy access to Rainey Street, 6th Street, and more. Whole Foods and many of Austin's top restaurants are nearby, making it easy to explore the best of what Austin has to offer. Located just east of downtown, you'll be close to all the ATX hot spots, including being 0.6 miles from Downtown, Rainey Street, and Eastside Station, 3 miles from the UT Campus, and 12 miles from The Domain. This property maintains a no-pets and no-smoking policy, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and guests are asked to keep noise minimal due to the workspace below and another unit to the side. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if any keys are not returned to the lockbox. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Parking is available in one of the gravel spaces near the entry gate. Security cameras are on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjustments should be made by no more than 2 degrees per hour, and doors and windows should be kept closed as much as possible.
