Complimentary starter items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, and seasonings are provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. For your convenience, covered in-building parking is available for one vehicle at $39 per night. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee of $89 per service. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs and unannounced elevator maintenance may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Please ensure you check out by the agreed time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check out at the agreed time may cause disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, resulting in a minimum charge of $500.
