Born in Manila and raised in the Bay Area, Jay began his career in the mortgage industry before founding Arana Funding—a successful mortgage and real estate firm that grew to 18 agents, helping clients across the region achieve their homeownership and investment goals. Jay has consistently ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in the country, a reflection of his results-driven approach, deep market insight, and tireless work ethic. From 2010 to 2018, he led Alternative Real Estate Holdings, specializing in flipping and holding rental properties. He also co-owned a construction company that renovated chapels across the U.S., further expanding his hands-on knowledge of property development and restoration. More than a seasoned professional, Jay is someone who truly cares. His greatest passion lies in helping people—putting his clients' needs above his own, and building lifelong relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
