Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. To ensure a smooth check-in, inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required to update the reservation with a new main guest.
