Epoque doesn't disappoint I can't say enough how satisfied I am to have chosen Epoque as my new home. The staff are extraordinary (friendly responsive knowledgeable) & the complex itself provides just enough privacy, luxury & scenic beauty to confirm I made the right choice.

First Maintenance Request Lee the building maintenance man is simply INCREDIBLE! Not only does he address the issues promptly, he takes his time and listens to your concerns and then does exactly what he says in a very timely manner including great personal follow-up. Beyond professional not to mention very friendly. A true gem!

Great place to live From the initial meeting thru the application process to the move-in, the Epoque team (Lauren & Nicole) were competent & attentive. I'm very happy to have found this complex.

Dealing with Cushman to pay rent is painful One of the worst I've seen in trying to get info, pay the bill, see the results, etc. Very dissapointing.

Why I like living here To name a few important factors for why I chose to move here 3 years ago (and why I remain) include the convenient location, the layout of the apartment, the quality of the facilities and the responsive management.

Fast and efficient Nicole helped facilitate the repair of my oven very quickly. Forest did a great job. All fixed.

Wonderful Reception and Very Easy Check in and Move in! The check-in process was fast and efficient, the staff are wonderful and welcoming. Looking forward to living here.

Great Property and Management This is our second time living at Epoque. The first time the property was amazing but the existing team did not keep the property up. This go around the team has done an amazing job with keeping it clean and the staff are super responsive, professional and nice!

Maintenance Request Quick and easy. The request to check my heating unit was finished before I even got home.

This is a beautiful building in a wonderful location with spectacular views and easy access to downtown Golden. The finishes, appliances, and amenities are all very thoughtfully designed. However, dealing with management in any way has been like pulling teeth. We have been here only six months, and the office staff has been a rotating carousel of new faces, ranging from nice but unhelpful to downright rude. Even simple things like adding a parking spot or requesting a duplicate charge be corrected require multiple emails and face-to-face conversations over weeks or months before they are addressed. The manager is almost never onsite, allowing the office staff to dismiss any questions or concerns with “Let me check with the manager” and never getting back to you again. Emailing the manager also does not usually produce a response. Basic maintenance requests (for example, replacing a broken and chirping smoke detector, fixing a baseboard that was knocked out of place since before we moved in) either go ignored or are only half-addressed with empty promises to finish the task later. For more complicated maintenance issues, tenants are equally on their own. For example, the wiring in our kitchen is faulty, and opening the oven at all during normal use will trip the circuit breaker almost every time. After submitting a maintenance request and following up in person to have this checked out, a building maintenance person came in and flipped the breaker switch (which we had already done) and said it must be an oven issue. A technician from the oven company came to check out the oven the following month and said it was not the oven. When we brought it up to the maintenance team again, they said it was definitely the oven. We submitted a new ticket, but no effort was ever made to follow up on the problem again. While we love Golden, our view, and our floor plan, this is the worst management company we have worked with in 10 years of living in luxury apartment communities, not to the mention the most we have ever spent on rent.

Good view but got a lot of bugs recently. Love this place though, 4/5!

Great location and facilities Well maintained Excellent staff

The location is beautiful, nestled in the hills of Golden. I love the views! I also love the high-end finishes and larger square footage - much nicer than the average apartment.
