Property Ratings at Environs
I've lived here 9 years and the property, management company, and resident quality has gone down the toilet. It took Mission Rock Residential 7 years to finally replace a leaking window! Income requirements went from 3.5x rent to 2.5 and vouchers. They are cutting down trees, replacing with gravel, open top dumpster is always overflowing, and there are no amenities because the office manager doesn't enforce policies anymore. Pool use to be heated year around, now none heated seasonal that is constantly closed because of glass. We've had our car broken into twice. There's never parking. Crime, police calls, smoking in common areas, and people not picking up after their pets is now the norm.
My wife and I thought we'd found the perfect place to move to. We are tired of apartment living and really wanted more space and a yard. I booked an appointment for a tour and waited two days to be treated like we were a nuisance for showing up. We told the girl in the leasing office that we weren't moving until August/September, but we wanted to start getting ideas of places to move now so we weren't scrambling at the last minute to find something and she said, "So what are you doing here?" Like, if you're not ready to sign this minute, then you're wasting my time - that's how it felt. The model home she showed us was dated, trash all over the yard, the floor was actually separating from the wall, and she didn't show us anything - she just let us in and then stood there. After that, I had to ask her to show us the pool area, fitness center, and other amenities because she just tried to give us our IDs back and get rid of us. Needless to say, we felt very unwanted and so the search continues.
The counter top was glued on to the kitchen "bar" area and it ripped off shortly before moving out. It's basically somewhat clean, but as low grade as it gets. Then they tried to bill me for this and replacing the entire carpet for the whole house because of a stain from the things falling off the countertop after it ripped off the wall. I'd recommend simply avoiding this place. You can find much better for the same price elsewhere.
The staff was extremely helpful when we were looking for a place! We were moving from a few states away so when we wanted to see the apartment prior to signing the lease they face timed us and walked through the apartment. The maintenance staff is amazing and we never have any issues with the main rental staff. No bugs, no pests, pretty good neighbors, and a great area that is close to anything you'd need. (renter of an apartment, not condo or house)
Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I haven’t even moved in yet and the friendly and courteous attitude is gone. I’m going to cancel my my lease before I move in. Unfortunate, I was looking forward to moving in with my son but don’t want to live in an environment where you are treated poorly and disrespected. Glad I found out now. Luis

I have been in a patio home for 7 months and absolutely live it here! I have a yard for the pups, a walkout basement, a park behind me and a 2 car garage for just a little more than I was paying for an apt with none of these things. The office is amazing and very responsive to maintanence requests, we now have a beautiful new maintanence free fence for privacy. I just can't say enough about this complex.
We are 20 mins from Denver CO and 30 mins from Boulder CO. These apartments are great. Dog friendly. The club house has just remodeled and the pool area is beautiful. My apartment is lovely. We have a loft, high ceilings, wonderful balcony with a great view of the park and mountains! First place we lived when we moved to CO, wouldn't change a thing! :)
