I generally like my community. I saw one coyote walking around, but compared to other apartments, here is much safe to walk in the evening. This community is large, and it's good to have evening walk.

Love the community and surrounding area. Very quite and we fell safe! If ever inclined check out villa peru and the night markets near by! St. Phillip’s square is also great and super close!

Wonderful staff, clean property and lots of amenities. Love my apartment. Plenty of space for my dog and I. A window in each room that should have one. A patio and a balcony. Carpeted upstairs and a washer and dryer. Feels like home.

Very great service, clean community. Would recommend to make valet trash optional due to many dumpster around community to use. Also at least a week notice if yearly maintance is about to take place. Thank you:)

ENVii is in a great location, right next to many great restaurants, markets, and a running/biking trail that is steps away. There are many amenities and my apartment was spotless when I moved in. The office staff is very punctual and I haven't had any noise issues over the past month since moving in. I'd highly recommend ENVii to anyone!

The apartments were really nice, the property was really well kept, they have tons of great amenities, the location is great and the staff was amazing. When we toured the apartments they answered every one of our question and more. They have great apartment options and they accepted my German shepherd with no hesitation!

I love the property and all of its amenities. The BBQ's and POOL/SPA are a huge must for me and so far everything has been amazing. There is an added bonus that all the local shops and restaurants are super close.

I enjoy where the apartment complex is and its connection to nearby stores and restaurants. The security could be improved especially since there's a lot of homeless people that seem to be around and in our area

Pretty nice. The amenities are alright whenever they are working and open. Size of apartment for the price is good and very easy to communicate with everyone in the office and there is an emergency line to call if there are any issues with the apartment. But the guy lives an hour away, so if it’s after normal hours and something breaks or you need an emergency repair, you’ll be able waiting at least an hour

Some issues overall great. The door is missing a water sealant, bugs are getting in through the bottom of door. Pink stain on the floor. Rotting bathroom floor.

It's a pretty nice place to live! Love being able to walk to the farmers market on Sundays, how close we are to the bike path, it's quiet, and great amenities.

I like the maintenance service here, and running along the river is great. However, communication with the leasing office is sometimes difficult. I know they are doing their best, but the system operates on a part-time basis, which makes communication harder.

I have been a resident here for 14 years. I have never complained about the services offered here. The community has always been friendly and helpful. Just like many tenants, I was not happy about the increases in rent, but it happened all over town. It wasn't an isolated incident. I'm grateful to see that things are starting to settle down now.

The best part of our community is the balance between nature and comfort. I even saw javelinas in the neighborhood once. thankfully just once. Our office team is also fantastic; they quickly addressed a concern I had about the gym.

So far I have loved living here. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly. My only complaint is that every time I note they have PTE, I also note for them to call me first since I work from home and most of the time they don’t call me.

Envui is a quiet place to live. It's also near many stores and restaurants too. I like living near the walking path. I like how far back off of river the apartment it is.
