I love the property and all of its amenities. The BBQ's and POOL/SPA are a huge must for me and so far everything has been amazing. There is an added bonus that all the local shops and restaurants are super close.

I enjoy where the apartment complex is and its connection to nearby stores and restaurants. The security could be improved especially since there's a lot of homeless people that seem to be around and in our area

I have enjoyed being a resident so far, there has been a few issues that are taking longer to resolved. I will be moving out soon the ENvii overall has been a good apartment complex.

Amazing. Everything is in good shape and nothing is too much trouble. Too bad the students are playing loud music late at night. Anyway, everything is going well so far!

No complaints. The communication with Residents is amazing. We always know what is going on, well informed and the pools are kept in such great shape.

Pretty nice. The amenities are alright whenever they are working and open. Size of apartment for the price is good and very easy to communicate with everyone in the office and there is an emergency line to call if there are any issues with the apartment. But the guy lives an hour away, so if it’s after normal hours and something breaks or you need an emergency repair, you’ll be able waiting at least an hour

Some issues overall great. The door is missing a water sealant, bugs are getting in through the bottom of door. Pink stain on the floor. Rotting bathroom floor.

The community is very quiet, friendly and overall a joy to live in. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The monthly resident events and multiple amenities make the community a fun place to live.

I've been here a little over a month and love it! Easy access to all of the amenities and the apps make everything so easy! Now that I'm settled in I would definite recommend.

Great community, close to trails and stores, quiet and set back from the road. The amenities (fitness center, pool, cycle room) are great and the staff is very helpful.

It's a pretty nice place to live! Love being able to walk to the farmers market on Sundays, how close we are to the bike path, it's quiet, and great amenities.

I like the maintenance service here, and running along the river is great. However, communication with the leasing office is sometimes difficult. I know they are doing their best, but the system operates on a part-time basis, which makes communication harder.

I enjoy living off of River road, but far off of the road to not hear a lot of traffic. Also have access to walking paths and close to many restaurants. Security could be improved

it has been great - any issue i have, they ensure it gets resolved. I think they have been great in ensuring i am enjoying my stay and all the tenants around me have been great as well. i love these apartments

I am very happy living at the Envii Apartments! The commodities and hard work of the staff help keep life at home easy and calm. I enjoy using the gym, the hot tub, the pool, and so much more! It is always kept clean and I am always greeted with a smiling face.

I have been a resident here for 14 years. I have never complained about the services offered here. The community has always been friendly and helpful. Just like many tenants, I was not happy about the increases in rent, but it happened all over town. It wasn't an isolated incident. I'm grateful to see that things are starting to settle down now.

Quiet location off main streets, less vehicle noise from the main streetways, speed bumps that slow down the routine care traffic, new laundry facility & weekly lawn care.

It has been a good year of living in a quiet and friendly community. Great staff and maintenance team. There are lots of activities and places to visit and eat within walking distance.

Great place to live! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are great and have promptly address the very few issues that I've had! I love the dog park and Paw Spa!

It's been amazing so far! I love the access to the trail and the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The landscaping of the apartment is especially beautiful.

The best part of our community is the balance between nature and comfort. I even saw javelinas in the neighborhood once. thankfully just once. Our office team is also fantastic; they quickly addressed a concern I had about the gym.

Me and my girlfriend are loving our new home. So happy to have found this place we’re enjoying all the amazing amenities and the clean any quiet atmosphere . ??

ENVii is the perfect apartment. The ammenities are amazing, the community is clean, the staff is fast to respond, and the layout is perfect for the homes. It really is a 5/5 apartment and I'm really happy to be here

So far I have loved living here. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly. My only complaint is that every time I note they have PTE, I also note for them to call me first since I work from home and most of the time they don’t call me.

Envui is a quiet place to live. It's also near many stores and restaurants too. I like living near the walking path. I like how far back off of river the apartment it is.

Definitely enjoy living here, it’s a great location that feels safe and the amenities are worth it. I love the yoga/spin studio and being able to walk to the farmers market is awesome.

The tour given by Caitlin was perfect. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me looking around the unit. the amenities are excellent, and I did not think twice about looking for a new apartment after this tour. it is perfect!

Envii Apartments has been a great place to live. The maintenance team is friendly and responsive, and they’re always working on improvements around the property, which keeps everything looking nice. The location is convenient with lots of nearby shops and easy commuting options. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained and add to the experience.

Overall a great community. The staff and facilities maintenance are very responsive and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay here so far. The amenities are very nice and well kept, and the community is very nice and welcoming.

Not what I was told it would be. I was told this is a non smoking community, I guest it's allowed if you spray air freshener before exhaling. Guess what, my apartment still smells like pot but now just mixed with the smell of something sweet. Management has failed me.

I have lived in this complex for the past 10 1/2 years. I have no intentions of moving. I have been through I think five different ownerships and a multitude of people in the office. The office staff we currently have is the best since the very first group when I moved to Tucson. For the most part, the maintenance crew is excellent. The fact that the railing for my apartment is extremely rusted out and broken, and it has not been replaced is concerning to me. having to tell the Complex that outside lights aren’t working, doesn’t make sense to me as they should be looked at on a regular basis. it doesn’t make much sense to me that all the lights, including the outside light are left on in empty apartments. That is such a waste of energy.

Since the first day we took a tour of the complex we have had nothing but good experiences from the office staff to maintenance and the property in general. We love the location and how quite the community is overall.

Great experience so far at ENVII. After the long period of construction during the summer we can now enjoy the new amenities. The staff are doing a good job on following up on requests.

We've loved living here for a couple years now. The location is great, the girls in the front are sweet and accommodating. I feel welcomed and comfortable.

Good so far. Quite expensive but worth it. They recently updated the locks on almost all of the amenities which makes them easier to use. It is nice being able to walk to the farmers market on Sunday mornings.

Great, safe community! I love the amenities and the staff is always very friendly. When I have any issues, they are always very promptly fixed.

Our experience has been great the first few months. There were a number of issues with our unit when we moved in, but once maintenance heard they were very efficient in getting things finished and corrected. Use and convenience of amenities has depended on where in the community we are located, so we have not had the chance to try them all yet. So far, the smaller pool is almost always empty and very nice.

Average experience. I do believe the units are a tad overpriced and aren't very luxurious as the complex makes it seem. I do not plan to renew my lease here, but I do know this complex is a great home for some folks.

ENVii is a great apartment to live at. The complex and renovations are beautiful. The staff is super helpful, organized, and professional. The amenities are amazing and the whole complex is dog friendly for easy walks around. It’s a in a great location too.

It’s been a pretty pleasant stay here. Residents are pretty decent and friendly, stuff is usually taken care of right away, and staff has been pleasant to work with. Few complaints is being forced to take valet trash and it being so picky on what they take. I wouldn’t mind paying for it if it was consistently picked up. Not having a full washer/dryer in unit. The 2 in 1 washer and dryer in unit absolutely sucks. Can put minimal clothes in, takes 3-4 hours to do a load, and clothes still come out damp. Literally just a waste of electricity running up your bill. Last compl is when I moved in the apartment wasn’t even closed to done being cleaned and got minimal credit on my rent to do it myself. Safe to say, I will be leaving what was dirty when I moved in dirty.
