The Entrada Pointe Apartments are centrally located in Rio Rancho, nearby to major intersections for easy access for commuting, groceries, and day to day errands. The apartment staff is the highlight of this community. The office team is knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance staff is highly experienced and quick to respond to any concerns. The team here often host seasonal events for the community, especially going all out for the children. There is on-site laundry, gym, and a swimming pool. My only suggestion to the ownership would be to upgrade the entire community from the inside out, to more modern standards. The apartments were built in the 80's and it still looks like it today.

Here at entrada it’s a good home for your first apartment if nice the area isn’t loud all the neighbors have respect and are very nice to others.

Ever since we've moved in, they've been as responsive as they've been helpful. Whether it be a leak or clogged cooler unit, they're always there to make sure things are working as they should. Real hard to find honest handymen but these guys are the real deal! You guys make a world of difference.

I can't recommend first time apartment renters this place enough. The rent is reasonable. Independent billing for utilities and Our maintenance man Bob is one of the nicest dudes I've met, he's always on top of his game and it's great to see him and his maintenance team out and about the property on the daily, recently had a fridge issue and he came and taught me how to fix it!

I found myself searching for an apartment on Presidents Day and Entrada Pointe had a same day ground floor move-in ready for me! Bobbie was excellent in getting all the necessary paperwork completed in such a short timeframe. I was moving my stuff in the same afternoon and slept in the apartment that night. After moving in, Bobbie and her colleague Jesse, continued to provide useful information to get me set up with the on-site amenities and utility providers. I eventually completed my walk-through a few days later and Bobbie created work orders for my areas of concern. Bob, Lyle, and Brandon all supported these work orders to completion. I feel fortunate to stay in this amazing community I grew up in. The location is very centrally located and easy to access. Sure these apartments have been around for a few decades (like me), and I think that gives them some character you wouldn't find in a modern apartment complex. This feels like home and I'm grateful that this little village still stands 40 years after it was first developed. Additionally, I'm appreciative to the welcoming and supportive staff. 5/5 stars highly recommended.

It was a good stay. Maintenance guys (Bob and Lyle) were very fast and effective. They aren’t the typical guys that procrastinate and do half jobs. Management is also very good and efficient. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a good and safe place to live.

We Love Entrada Pointe! We have been here for over 5 years and really feel like part of the family! I've honestly never lived in such a cool community. Everyone is friendly and it is super quiet here. Neighbors are great. Office staff is great. Maintenence is awesome. Definitely recommend Entrada pointe apartments!

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I could tell they wanted us to live there. There was a nice personal connection when talking to the staff. Furthermore, the appartment is very spacious, nice and is a wonderful place to live. :)

While Entrada Pointe is a more established apartment property, it is centrally located ... EVERTHING IS SO CLOSE ... so it's perfect for us! The owners are making great strides in continually improving the property, and the staff has always been wonderful ... very professional and courteous.

I'm very comfortable in my apartment. I feel safe living here. Our maintenance crew is the best. If something needs to be fixed the crew is on it right away. They know how to fix anything and everything. They are nice guys also.

Buildings are old and need updates but overall staff are all very friendly and helpful. For the most part it is a quiet and friendly apartment community.

After six years here I can say that the people here, office and maintenance staff are caring and responsive. I doubt many places compare with Lloyd, Bob an Steve as an excellent team.

We have lived here almost 5 years and we love Entrada Pointe! We love that we are close to everything that we need, like shopping and restaurants and church. Our office ladies are Angels and our maintenance team is awesome! Any issues we have, Bob is here in a flash to get us back up and running. Bob is friendly and helpful and always amazing!

audrey , stephanie , bob and the rest of the team at entrada pointe have made it the best place to live. they really care about the residents and go out of there way every day to make sure that you are taken care off. if you have any problem they show up the same day and its taken care of. that kind of service is very rare today. we are lucky to have them.

We love our home here at Entrada Pointe! We have lived here for over 4 years now and not only is this our home but the staff also makes us feel like family! Our Maintenance team is awesome! Bob takes great care of whatever we need. We also love that we are close to everything that we need like shopping, our favorite restaurants our church and great places to walk!
