I was having some plumbing issues because I am not the most handy person and technician came up to fix it within 10 minutes! Super fast and reliable of him! I love the vibe in the building, neighbors are excellent and payments are made with ease.

The rooms are built well and so much larger than anything you’d find in Augusta. The price was within my budget and they take care of the residents very well.

I've been living at Mill for about a year and a half now, and I've really enjoyed my experience so far. The management and maintenance staff have consistently been attentive and professional.

The property is great, there is no perfect place to live but I appreciate the manager Jaimie being very attentive to the needs of the residents. She is approachable, friendly, caring, welcoming, and strives to do whatever she can to assist in making you feel comfortable living here. All of the apartment staff is professional and friendly and it makes the difference when you see that they care.

The staff are very professional, friendly and very welcoming. My move in process was extremely smooth. Applied one day the next I was already calling it my home. I have absolutely not one issue with this place. It’s amazing! I might just be extending my lease once it’s up. I don’t plan on leaving.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months now. The staff and maintenance people are amazing. Anytime you’re requesting maintenance issue it gets resolved right away. Anytime you come in you’re always welcome and nice greeting

All the team members are amazing. I’ve only had one minor problem come up and they were able to take care of it really quick. The maintenance team is very effective and efficient. Definitely recommend it here and the team will take really good care of you. You’re in good have here!

Over the past year here I have had a great experience with the office staff, maintenance, and other tenants. I have had no issues and they have been quick to address any concerns that came up.

First, the maintenance team is legit. They are all top notch techs that respond to whatever it may be in a reasonable amount of time. They are also all p/t fireman, which is great to have in any type of emergency. The PM Jaimie is also very friendly and gets back to you very quickly. The apartments are very nice. They have all new appliances, great views and the characacter is unmatched. The walls are thin, but I have had no trouble with noisy neighbors. Also, the neighbors are very friendly and professional as well. No noisy parties on the weekends...it's so quiet.. The train isn't a big fuss and I've already gotten use to it already. Not bad. The walk to downtown is 5-7 mins and is great for when you want to hit a nightcap after dinner, but don't want to drive. All in all great place. I will definitely enjoy my time here!

I lived at the Mill for 3 years until last week; I was deployed to Fort Bragg from Fort Gordon. This is the most incredible building you will ever live in. They have new management and it is the most attentive ever; Ms Peña who is part of the janitorial team is the most amazing person. We loved our stay in the Mill -- highly recommended.

I’ve lived here for multiple years and have had enough. Take my advice, look somewhere else. (Part 1) 1. There is an endless wasp problem, where they not only get into your apartment but build nests inside too. The windows are old and have large gaps to the outside, but even when you seal them yourself it doesn’t help 2. Management keeps changing over, and last year they upped everyone’s rent by $100 with a few days warning; their rent payment system is flawed and they just don’t seem to know what they’re doing 3. There is constant construction: there are two towers, and we have been locked out of using one entrance or the other for a month each; they redid the parking lot and we were forced to use an entrance on the opposite side of our apartment 4. Instead of telling security to do their job better, they now lock the entrance to the building closest to the street at 7PM on weekdays and for the entire weekend, which means if I buy groceries more than two hours after work or on the weekend I have to carry everything down to the opposite end of the building, then wrap back across the length of the whole building to get back to my apartment; residents have been rebelling against this and trying to leave the door cracked for each other 5. They now have Airbnb’s that are being rented on residential floors, which means if you are unlucky to live right next to one you will be subject to loud noises in the middle of the night due to parties, loud tv, etc, and even if you complain you will just have to do it again with the next set of renters; college kids are started to live here now too, which means loud parties at 3 am even if you have to go to work early the next morning 6. The train noise from the train rolling by 50 feet from the property is insanely loud, you cannot cover it up with ear plugs or pillows, and it emits noise for up to 20 minutes at a time, most nights at 11 pm and 2 am at least
