Property Ratings at Enso
Living experience is average, you get what you pay for. Amenities are often not clean or kept up with, people often leave trash throughout the building. Management isn’t very motivated to being proactive or efficient when it comes to resident inquiries or keeping up with the building. It’s nothing special here but could be worse at the same time.
The community is great and common areas are well kept. I just wish they were a bit more aggressive on the no smoking section that every resident signed onto in the lease - it is not uncommon to open your door and feel like the hallways (sometimes the elevator and OFTEN the staircases) have been hotboxed.

Good place to live especially with nearby amenities. However I think security should be more looked into due to car break ins. There is a common area where it happens and if the current security provider could focused on the most agitated area that would be great.

It’s a nice place to live. I enjoy that it is quite the staff is nice but some of the rules can be unfair especially to those who follow the rules and ask for help.

I had such a smooth and enjoyable move-in process, and I’m absolutely loving my new apartment! It already feels like home, and I’m so excited to make new memories here. Everything came together even better than I imagined!
Everything since move in has been so great. I’ve lived in quite a few different places in ATL and Enso is already the best by far. The facilities are kept clean and the amenities are just great. Very happy I made the choice to live here!

I’ve been a resident at Enso Apartments for the past five years, and overall, it’s been a great place to live. The community is well-maintained and located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient access to I-20 and I-85, which makes commuting and getting around the city easy. While the property has undergone a few transitions in leasing staff and management over the years, which occasionally caused minor delays in communication, things have always returned to normal once the new teams are settled in. Despite those brief periods of adjustment, I’ve never had any major complaints about the property. Enso offers a comfortable and accessible living experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located community in the area.
I love the community so far! I've made lots of friends, nice amenities/activities, plenty of parking, and a bustling neighborhood full of shopping/fun things to do!

I have lived at ENSO for more than six years. Unfortunately, I find myself today, upset and betrayed that I stayed at ENSO for these six years! I have been a model tenant and stood by ENSO before the beltway was built, no working cameras for security, and when we only had one maintenance man for the entire apartment complex (taking months to get anything fixed). I stood by ENSO when my on-site storage unit was broken into and I lost approximately 10k worth of personal items. I continued to stand by ENSO when my car was stolen from the top floor of our attached parking garage (later found and a total loss). Now, I regret the patience, grace, and loyalty I have shown to ENSO through all of these events by not complaining, not getting upset, continuing to be a model tenant, and most importantly, not giving up and moving! Today, I am faced with unexpectedly leaving my job of 23 years. I need to break my lease 2 months early to move in with family members out of state and I was hoping for some returned grace and loyalty to me. I asked that the fee be waived since I am only moving out two months early (and it is the same fee for someone moving out 11 months early). I discussed my unique situation with three additional levels of management, explaining the situation. The response was the same “everyone has a story”, “we have to be fair and consistent”, “we can put you on a payment plan”, “the owner doesn’t support it” and “hope you find another job quickly” (likely so that I can pay the fee). I understand fair and consistent but have all tenants been here six years, have a stellar record, lost 10k worth of items, and had their car stolen and still didn’t move out?! To be fair, I will say that the current management team on-site, Monica and her team, are friendly, professional, and making great enhancements to our community. Unfortunately, due to upper management and owner, stay away!

I have been here since December 2024 and have had no issues. Parking can be tough. Living on the 1st floor and having to park on the 3-4th floor is tough but I can take the stairs up to the elevator. Love being so close to cfa and Kroger.

Super fast move in process, some confusion with fees and whatnot but got it worked out. The unit i chose was clean upon move in and honestly one of the most well done apartment units I’ve seen. Everything was in perfect condition and even cleaned up to my own standards.

Still waiting for a microwave! So far so good, just moved in on the 19th. The Enso has plenty of amenities and the location is super ideal. The connivence of Kroger and cfa is super fun.

The leasing office people are so hard to get a hold of unless you’re able to get there in person during the work day. Maintenance also basically doesn’t exist. I’ve had open tickets for YEARS at a time. The only time things get solved is if I go in person to the office and make a stink about it. Why even have a portal or ticket system?

I am returning to renting after a number of years. I had no idea the application process was so aggressive. However, the office staff was AMAZING. The Enso Apartments have been great. The apartment itself is wonderful, the community is clean, the location is great, and the staff is always super helpful. The biggest "issue" is that maintenance can be a little slow to show up but with a community this large, it is to be expected.

The communication is terrible and has been since the beginning. The brightest star for this place is the location. Outside of that, I would not consider living here

Just moved in and so far it has been a great experience! Happy to have chosen Enso as my new home. The area and access to the wonderful amenities makes for a nice lifestyle.
I have lived here 3years now. Rent is stable.. I like the convenience, the attractions, and the accessibly to the Major Freeways . The Staff tries to accommodates everyone.
Great location right on the beltline! Management has gotten a lot better over the past year, but maintenance requests can take weeks to be completed

I have lived here for over three years. I loved the place when we initially moved in . However, since that time, things have changed . Disrespecting Neighbors. Dirty Carpet hall floors that are not being cleaned on a consistent basis. The noise from neighbors and cement companies. It just different.
Neighborhood is good and location is great. Renewing our lease for the 3rd year. Not too loud, though it usually depends on who moves to the unit above us. Everything else is standard apartment living. I really like having garage parking in the city, it can be hard to get at this price and location.
I like the apartment and the community. Very accessible to everything. My only set back is that the refrigerator is too small and I don’t have enough cabinet space.
There are great things and not so many great things. Organization, knowledge and communication in the front office needs improved. Location of apartment is excellent and the building is quiet

I absolutely love the location, apartment, price, amenities. I have had some issues though. I decided on Enso a week before having to move out of my place. There were multiple times they said they would call me back with important information and never did/ didn’t answer calls. They kept saying they were going to send things that they didn’t. They knew I was on a time crunch. This made it so I found out I was approved the day before move in which was stressful. My lease and keys were not even ready on move in day. I knew there would be some maintenance things not ready because they were moving me in while the place was almost finished being worked on since I needed to move in before my lease ended. I’m going to report the maintenance things so hopefully they actually fix them. My last issue is that they said cleaners would come but they didn’t. Make sure they actually show you all amenities on tour cause they didn’t on my first tour. There’s a lot of amenities! Despite all I love it.

The location is fantastic by the beltline close to shops and restaurants! The manager Miss Harris is always on top of things whenever there is an issue. New machinery added to the gym!

The location is top tier and the community is nice and quiet but the maintenance response time is too slow and there are flies around the pool area that make it almost unbearable to enjoy the water.

Unfortunately this has been a nightmare. Unresponsive leasing office. Nonexistent maintenance staff. Countless plumbing, lighting, and repair issues. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Apartments great. Walkable distance to stores and great amenities. Some stuff needs to be fixed in the apartment (Multiple request have been put in and they knew saying put it in again). Staff and maintenance are great.

Deja was the best in my moving process . She was very detailed and stayed in communication. She also gave a lot of reassurance for my unit. The staff here is wonderful and such good spirits.
