I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the years, but Ensley Apartments in Colorado Springs absolutely stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, everything about this place exceeded expectations. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and everything feels brand new. The management team is phenomenal; they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief. Living at Ensley has been an amazing experience. These new luxury apartments in downtown Colorado Springs offer both beautiful living spaces and an unbeatable location close to great shops and restaurants. The amenities truly set it apart—it feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The spacious club room, poker room, and year-round heated pool and spa create the perfect environment for both relaxation and socializing. The multiple workspaces are also a great feature, providing a comfortable and quiet place to focus. On top of that, the leasing and maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making the living experience even better. I’m so happy to call Ensley home!

I was attracted by the quality of the communal area furnishings, the warm pool even in the depths of winter, a well appointed gym, high ceilings in the apartments which add to the sense of space and the downtown location.
