We also have income limits - contact our team to find out more. Our community is located on the west side of Yakima close to shopping, medical buildings, and HWY 12. We have provided quality affordable housing in Yakima since 1992 and continue to give our residents the "best" living experience available. Each apartment is 672 sq ft., one bedroom with spacious kitchens, patios with additional storage, and washer/dryer hookups. The community building includes a seasonal heated swimming pool, a beauty shop, and many resident activities. Give us a call or come by and take a tour.
