Contrary to popular belief, Wake Forest is not the home of Wake Forest University (at least, not since 1956). It is, however, a charming southern town with a consistently growing population, positioned roughly forty minutes northeast of Raleigh. The vibrant downtown district is a beautiful environment of unique shops, art galleries, and cafes in wonderfully preserved historic buildings.
The sports complex known as the Factory features everything from playgrounds for young children to ice rinks to indoor soccer. Residents enjoy the benefits of excellent schools, a low crime rate, an attractive atmosphere, and convenient amenities (several large shopping centers can be found along Highway 1). With Raleigh and Durham close by, it’s also easy to reach the bigger cities for work or leisure.

Encore at Heritage is the best apartment living I have ever had. I am a senior and I feel very safe and supported here by their amazing staff and the wonderful neighbors I have found. The staff are always available for any needs or concerns. They go out of their way to make this little community a home. I love living here and hope to call this home for a long time.

I’ve never loved living in an apartment as much as I do now. The entire Encore team (John, Stacia, Keith and TJ) are willing to bend over backwards to help fulfill any and all wishes to the best of their ability. The fact that I’m even on first name base’s with them should speak volumes to their level of commitment and dedication. If you’re thinking about moving to Encore, think no more. Just come home.

This apartment makes me forget I’m living in an apartment. This is the nicest place that I have stayed at; the island in the kitchen is perfect. The office staff are so kind and helpful; the maintenance staff is always there when we need anything!

One concern I had when looking for a place was my need for storage. What more could I ask for…well the pool, is beautiful, the common areas are well appointed and provide more amenities that I could ask for. I look forward to meeting other renters. The apartment is very nice, laid out well. Lots of storage space. Very dog friendly. Nice clubhouse and pool. Convenient location. Very clean grounds. Quiet area. Would recommend to anyone moving to the area. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

The apartment management is very enthusiastic and always provides help promptly. The tenants are also friendly and have high standards. The security of the apartment is excellent; I have seen several police cars parked here, so there might be police officers living in the building. We are like a big family, always having many activities. I really enjoy living here.

Encore is a perfect place and location to live. Encore pervides Swimming pool, Club House, including conferance Room, GYM Room, Games and TV area and a place to work from your labtop conputer, and let me not forget about the storage rooms and much more. I love the location and to Live in this community with so many nice people. We have access to many Restaurants, Supper Markets, Banks, if you need gas for your car,Sheetz Service Station is right next to the comples. There is shopping centers and most places are in walking distance. How about that? There is lots to keep you active for you and your whole family occupied no matter the age.

The community is small compared to many local rental complexes, so the pool, clubhouse, parking, etc. is never overrun. The staff is responsive and are great people in general. The apartments are very comfortable and well equipped. The grounds are kept well and all things (elevator, pool, etc) are working well.

This is an unbelievably beautiful property! It’s so exciting being amongst the first residents as this a a brand sparkly new build. The leasing professionals are amazing as well we worked with John who patiently gave us a tours with our very fidgety two year old, and we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. When you walk in everyone is just excited, and welcoming. Rachel was also amazing answering ALL of our questions, and promptly returning our calls, and assisting us though the leasing process. So far so good, and excited about our new home at Encore. The welcome gift was a beautiful addition especially while moving in, and trying to find where everything is located.

Encore is a nice community to live in. We moved to Wake Forest from Massachusetts and had lived in another apartment complex. When Encore became available, we took a look and liked what we saw. Couldn’t wait to move here

The apartments are beautiful with new and modern appliances. W/D in all units. Management is great to work with and immediately addresses any concerns or questions you might have. Love it here.

It is a wonderful place to live in. The staff is incredible and extremely friendly. The complex is always clean and improving. It is a great family friendly and pet friendly place to live! We love it!
