do NOT waste your time with these apartments. office is horrible at responding and will let maintenance requests go ignored for MONTHS. units arent even clean when you move in and need repairs and expect tenatns to pay for them. and NO AMMENITIES.

It is important that you take pictures and have witnesses upon move out. They will fabricate charges and will not provide a detailed accounting regarding the refundable deposit. We are filing a claim in small claims court and fortunately have evidence and witnesses. Read previous reviews, they have a documented pattern of this behavior
No grounds upkeep whatsoever. Be careful if you care beyond 6 months.
Do NOT Rent here!!!!!! They will charge you for everything! Including the microwave light bulb!!! When we moved out the falsified a cleaning report to take more money from our deposit! We even took pictures for proof and they still wouldn't give our money back!!! They are unprofessional and pass ALL of their operating costs onto their customers, even if they have to lie about it! Save your time and money!
They won’t give you your deposit back, even though you spent countlesss hours cleaning and scrubbing! It was in perfect condition yet they’re charging me 8 hours of cleaning! They’re also charging me for carpet repair in which I had to PAY to get the carpet cleaned when I first moved in because of a HUGE red stain in the living room! This place is a RIP OFF
Our experience was okay until we moved out. The walls are thin, when you or your neighbors close their door it shakes your whole apartment, and the parking for visitors is nonexistent within the complex. Any payment that was required of us was always on time and when we moved out, I cleaned every crevice of that apartment since that was asked of us as a part of our move out process. They don’t hire cleaners. We moved out due to a family emergency and had to move back to Nevada. We gave them a 30 day notice and paid them their lease break fee on time. On the move out letter they gave us, it says that we will be be RECEIVING our deposit back within 30 days from move out. So as time passes, I call to check in on the process of our money being sent out because due to the nature of our move, we are not doing well financially. Especially after having to pay that lease break fee. But Diana kept saying that she doesn’t know anything because corporate handles the accounting. Not even offering to look into it. (“Corporate” doesn’t even have a phone number) I told myself to remain patient because I didn’t think they’d do us wrong. But then August 27th rolls around and I’m wondering why I haven’t received anything and why I haven’t heard anything in regards to it. They only had 4 more days left to have the check to me. I called and left a message, they never got back to me. Over the next couple of days my mom helped me out while I was at work and was able to get ahold of another property under the same management. Somehow they were able to give us an update saying that the check was sent that week. That made us feel better, but not happy that it was so last minute. So over the next two weeks we were waiting for this check with no success. They claimed it was because of the holiday and whatnot, but at this point it’s ridiculous. We still don’t have our money and they are refusing to overnight the check because they said that they have 30 days to SEND the check. (Not stated in the move out letter) So now they want us to wait another two weeks for the check that we were going to use for bills. Needless to say we will be seeking further legal advice.
