Still I see old curtains every day when I wake from my sleep I see old cloth sets every single day since I come to this apartment I see no light at living room area every single day, here the big issue the whole old AC. It’s amazing to see this kind of instrument for AC at 21th century, always plan to move out from this apartment but couldn’t make it happen, I will never recommend this old apartment to any person in life, it’s horrible to live here to be honest, how on earth you live with mouses or rat as well cockroach every where even in bathroom ? This building need to be refurbished the whole bad smells come out from bathroom as well on hallway every day I see cleaners every morning but still it stinks when you go to elevator you might probably need to wait more than five minutes if you are lucky it will come after minutes because only two elevators not working properly. I feel so bad to be here.
Horrible something is always broken. There is a rat problem and a bug problem and management could care less. It’s upsetting because if management cared about making living comfortable for the tenants as much as they care about collecting rent, things would be great.

I am uncomfortable living in this place. My packages are always missing. The whole area is dirty and unkempt. Everywhere is dirty because your tenants are dirty. The cleaners are doing their job, but your tenants are messy.

This place has not been ideal. Our cars have been broken into, vandalized and stolen. The tenants are dirty and leave trash everywhere. There is a different smell everyday. We are embarrassed when family comes to visit because our apartment is full of roach and mouse traps. We are afraid to try and move because the elevators barely work. The gym is destroyed (Stolen weights and broken machines).Management tries, but this place needs a serious overhaul to justify rent prices.

I like being at Enclave for many reasons. First of all, it's an ideal place to leave. Access to shopping, transportation, and others are great. The compound and parking is also fantastic. Maintenance team is awesome. Gym needs to be furnished and maintained well though. Elevator, Security and others looks improving. I've already referred enclave to a friend of mine and he leased. I'd like to renew my lease but hope enclave will improve GYM and other amenities.

The place is run down, over priced, and nothing ever works. The cameras in the parking lot never work (though the staff says they do) when my car gets hit, 2 the elevators minimum are always broken and have been for over 2 years. The fire alarms is pulled weekly by kids, sometimes multiple times a day. The staff is nice but the owner could care less about the residents.

Nuestra comunidad cada día se está mejorando, creo que si los residentes colaboraran más, tendríamos en corto tiempo mejores resultados. Mi observación hasta que se logre eliminar,será sobre los ratones,y las cucarachas,creo deberían exigirle a la empresa de control de plagas le de máxima importancia a donde salen los problemas, por lo que veo a diario es la zona donde caen los desperdicios de los apartamentos, y los ductos por donde los lanzamos. También obligar a los inquilinos a usar las bolsas para la basura,y que no dejen afuera los desperdicios. Creo que si se reactivan las cámaras, muchas irregularidades cambiarian.

-Elevators do not work -Laundry rooms do not work , they are full of black mold -Corridors full of trash / weed smell -No rules regarding sound , so the neighbors blast the music , good luck if you are a light sleeper The new management seems to be trying something but the people at the office seem to have stopped caring after so many complaints , they just don't care when we go and talk to them.

Living in the unit is Awesome. Very spacious and good lighting. HIgher floors (above 10) are preferable to avoid pest infestations. The elevators at the basement to access the garage smells horrible. The most ridiculous thing is that if you get any package that do not fit in the amazon lockers, it will be shifted to a package room which is at the leasing office. where you have to walk half a mile in the community from your building to get your package. if its a heavy package, may god help you with it. I wish there is a pacakege room for every building instead of one for three buildings.

It’s spacious and beautiful! The people there are very friendly and nice. I really enjoy staying there. Everything you need is within walking distance.
It’s an absolute horrendous place to live. It’s an extremely dirty, very unsafe, and negligent management. I wonder sometimes how the county let this place run.

This building has been taken over by the homeless, it is now going on to two years, they still live here, mess our coridors, smoke, eat and leave the trash everywhere, the stairway is their toilet. It is very difficult to appreciate living here, how can one ignore this? We have reported with pictures/ text messages till we gave up. Management don't really care. The gymn, is practically none existent, I think only one treadmil works, 99% of the equipment is broken, very sad.

The place is in Nice AREA, we only ask the management to review the security system and in the lobby, because of the non residents who make a lot of mess outside and inside the lobby area , we appreciated the way that the management allows each resident to schedule the payments on their own ...

Maintenance and pest controls are not satisfactory done we still have issue with the bedbugs rates and mice and it needs really deep attention
Move in was alright. However there was some issues with the toilet that needed to be resolved, took 5 days after I moved in before it was resolved.
Everything is wonderful i just wish all the elevators worked and that the hall ways were a bit cleaner and also the trash rooms. No complaints besides that

Just moved in a week ago. I really like the view from my balcony and the size of the apartment. Overall I am very pleased so far. I am still getting familiar with the active building site and the grounds. I look forward to seeing the grounds when summer gets here.
This apartment is fine as a starter place for a couple of years, but it’s not ideal for settling down. Despite keeping your space clean, roaches tend to show up, which seems to be a recurring issue in the building. Using traps and deterrents can help manage the problem, but it’s something to be aware of. The space itself is decent for short-term living and offers basic functionality, but the pest issue can make it feel less comfortable over time. It might work well if you’re in transition or just getting started, but long-term, you might want to look for something with better upkeep and fewer maintenance concerns. While it’s manageable for a while, the pest control efforts required can get tiresome, especially if you’re aiming for a more permanent and stress-free home.

So far it is okay. It is really frustrating that the elevators don’t always work. I live on a high floor so it can be really upsetting having to walk up all those stairs

I am comfortable. Feels very homely and I am happy to be a part of the community. I am an indoor person so the view from my apartment doesn't make me miss a thing. I can relax on my balcony or in the comfort of my living room and still feel as if I am still interacting on the outside.

Maintenance is not responsive. Neighbors are loud and you can hear them all the time with the thin walls. Constantly have bugs in apartment even though I keep it clean.

So far so good there trying but it’s also the tenant at well team work make the dream work but so far my experience here as been ok a lot of things can be fix and change the the homeless people in the build and more security guards. The maintenance man is amazing but he needs more help

I love my unit and my view, moving in was a breeze for me and any questions I had was answered by the leasing office staff. No balcony for the studio units so I’ll be upgrading to a 1bdr later but everything so far has been great.

Great, starting out with the help of my parents and Ms. Yeisy Felix from the office. Some bumps in the road with moving in, still having to go out to wash and dry my clothes because the company haven't emptied the machine so I can purchase a card to start using. Also, some areas in my apartment need fixing.

I love my apartment and the space but I wish some of the lighting was better. The hallway walking up to my apartment is also dark. But I do love the space.
Management can be very difficult to get a hold of and almost always needs to be done in person if you want anything done. There are mice and German Cockroaches in the building and with other residents leaving trash out it’s a hard issue to fix (just as a warning). There are 4 elevators but only 2 are ever working so expect to be waiting for the elevator all the time.

I love the environment very lively and peaceful I’ve been living in this apartment for a few months now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded all my expectations. The moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive management team. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and any minor maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is bright, modern, and well-designed. The layout maximizes space perfectly, and the kitchen and bathroom finishes give it a sleek, updated feel. I love the natural light that floods in through the large windows, and the view from my balcony is fantastic — it really feels like a peaceful oasis in the city! The amenities are a huge plus. The gym is always clean and equipped with everything I need, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax on weekends. The building is quiet and safe, and I appreciate the added security measures. Spacious apartment. Couple of areas to be improved: 1. There are 4 elevators in the b building, but most of the time only 2 working and sometimes just 1. There are residents with the age of 1 or 70 or above. With only one elevator only working, I have seen people struggling every single day to find the elevator and to reach their home. Please have all 4 elevator properly maintained and have them available for use everyday, so that residents don't have to use the stairs or need to wait an hour to get to their apartments. 2. The gym needs to be properly maintained, so residents can use it for their well being. There are no enough equipments including treadmill that are working . 3. Please have your system updated for 2 things. 1.to get online guest parking pass. We shouldnt have to come to your office to get a parking pass. 2. To get notified when there is a package in the mail room( not amazon locker) Overall good experience, but will be even better if the above are considered

My move in process was easy and smooth and the lady that helped me was cool. I’ve been here for a month but I’m already having mixed feelings about my decision and I know I’ll probably will be breaking my lease soon. When I moved in I did have an insect problems and still do because the people in this building are nasty, pest control did come out but it’s only so much they can do. You would think after a long day at work and having to be in mom mode you would come home to a peace of mind, that’s impossible here. It’s way too much unnecessary traffic in the front of the building and lobby, kids and grown adults running, playing, yelling, and arguing either in the stairways, the lobby, or outside the apartment. Oh yea, What’s the point of having a key fob when people place the caution wet signs in the doors? My neighbors on top of me sound like they in a Jumaji movie every morning and night, like they never chill upstairs. Overall my experience so far hasn’t really been pleasant.

Personalmente me siento bien en mi apartamento, poco a poco he podido entender la forma de ser de mis vecinos, algunos por desgracia no colaborar con el aseo,y la importancia de tener un entorno sano, y bonito. Por eso desgraciadamente tenemos tantas cucarachas,y ratones por todos lados. Gasto bastante dinero en productos para poder tener mi apartamento limpio,de insectos y roedores.
