The transition from apartment tour to moving in was super quick, easy, and smooth! The leasing staff were fantastic and took care of everything. The amenities are awesome. The apartment unit itself are really nice but there were a couple of minor issues, but nothing too serious—just easy fixes. Overall, I’d highly recommend this community !:)
Enclave Falcon Pointe is absolutely amazing, Ashley, Savannah, Zaria, and Molly are all awesome ladies and are so understanding and so very kind and helpful. They care about their residents and the community as well. The maintenance staff are so attentive and quick about getting things done.
The Falcon I saw reminded me of a Southeast Asian resort. It was quiet and cozy, which was wonderful. The manager was friendly and gave me detailed explanations of the house.

I really love these apartments. Staff are nice, neighbors aren't bad. Never really had a bad experience. Area is great too, because you can go to the lake or HEB really easily.

Apartments are ok, finishes are very cheap, lighting in kitchen is too dark and makes it difficult to see while cooking. Location is decent, easy access to groceries and shopping needs.

The property management office staff is great. Everything was so smooth and well prepared. The apartment is everything I could expect at a great rental rate and even better location. The community is reasonably quiet for such a large property. I am happy I chose this complex.

I have loved living here. I just renewed my lease. It is quiet. It’s close to everything. I need. Maintenance is super quick to respond. The front office is friendly and helpful. I’ve had a great experience would recommend.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The community itself is well-kept. The landscaping always looks nice, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. My dog loves it here, and it’s nice having a community that actually feels pet-friendly instead of just saying it. I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond when something does come up. Every time I’ve put in a request, they have handled it fast and professionally. One of the things I’ve enjoyed most is how involved the leasing team is with residents. They host regular events, which have been a fun way to meet neighbors. Parking has been pretty easy for me, which was a big concern before moving in. No apartment community is perfect, but I feel like the staff here does a really good job. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Pflugerville.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Enclave at Falcon Pointe. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very well-kept. The pool area is beautiful—perfect for relaxing on the weekends—and the fitness center is modern and spacious, with everything I need for a good workout. The apartment itself is stylish and comfortable, with a great layout and lots of natural light. I also love the location—close enough to everything, but still peaceful. Overall, it's a great place to call home and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in Pflugerville.

Enclave has been a pretty good place to live. I have lived here for 3 years and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is very responsive, and the property is kept nice and clean. They also have a lot of fun events for the residents to participate in. The pool area is great and they have grills to have cookouts with friends and family. I have had some noise issues, but that comes with the territory of apartment living. The only downside is that a lot of residents do not pick up after their dogs and the after hours security assistance is all but responsive.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! My apartment's floorplan is highly comfortable and easy to decorate. The kitchen layout works for my family nicely for all meals. We found some great shelves that made for a great line of sight break between our dining area and living room that makes the space even more comfortable. The amenities are super convenient and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful across the board, and there is regular cleaning and landscaping of common areas that is sorely lacking at many properties elsewhere.

I love living at Enclave Falcon Pointe because the community is always clean and well-maintained. The team is friendly, respectful, and always ready to help — both the office staff and the maintenance crew. I also really appreciate how they listen to residents and offer support when it comes to financial situations. One suggestion would be to improve the coffee area. I enjoy iced coffee, but there’s no ice in the fridge, and the coffee machine could use an upgrade. It would be great if that space, as well as the office space, could stay open 24/7 or at least for longer hours. Having a printer available at all times — even if paid — would also be very helpful.

It’s been okay. Thin walls thin floors with noisy neighbors. Makes it hard to sleep sometimes. The maintenance team is GREAT though. Rent could be cheaper for what you get compared to other apartment complexes within a 5 minute radius.

I like leaving here overall a really nice community, when there is something wrong the staff is always quick to respond, the pool is the best. Employees overall nice except one of them that it’s always rude. Recommend living here, HEB is really close

I’ve been really pleased with this apartment. From day one, it has been clean and well maintained. The living space is spotless, with appliances that are in excellent working condition. Common areas like the hallways and stairwells are also regularly cleaned and cared for, which really adds to the overall comfort and appeal of the community. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is both professional and friendly. You can tell that the management takes pride in keeping the property in good shape. I’ve felt safe and at ease living here, and it’s been a great place to call home. If you're looking for a well-kept apartment in a peaceful, clean environment, I would definitely recommend this place. The building amenities are also a huge plus. The fitness center is clean, well-equipped, and rarely overcrowded. The pool area is beautifully maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax in the summer.

Great maintenance and office staff. Overall living here has been nice. Some basic issues with pool do to bad tenants, but other than that would recommend to live here.

Moved in on May 29 so far everything has been wonderful. The staff is amazing new to the area and state. my apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept up. It feels like home.

I’ve enjoyed living here for the past few months. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, public transport, and parks. The building is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. My unit is quiet, with decent natural light and modern finishes. Parking can be a bit tight, and rent is slightly above average for the area, but overall, it’s been a positive experience.

Has been great so far, location is nice. People are chill. Gym has decent selection. Could be bigger but no worries. Lots of parking space, I don't really run into my neighbors which is something I like.

We really liked the recreational areas, the facilities and the apartments. They are beautiful, and have a pleasant and safe atmosphere. However, I don't like the fact that they don't have enough surveillance cameras throughout the neighborhood.

Overall great experience. Apartment great location. Maintenance top notch. Staff awesome. Amenities good. Workout facility nice. Pool, well do to some uncaring and selfish residents, is always having glass and other issues. Overall been here over 5 years and good experience

The walls are paper thin, I can hear the ppl in the hallway from inside my room. My neighbors sound like a herd of elephants above me. As someone on the spectrum I’m nervous about what the month let alone rest of the lease is going to look like. Hearing all the noise over my head gives me severe PTSD and anxiety.
