Property Ratings at Enclave at Sabal Pointe Apartments
I have been here for 2 years. There is trash everywhere, the pool is always closed, the gym is always closed, there was a shooting this summer as well. The apartments are infested with termites, and for some reason they feel the need to raise the rent even more.

My dishwasher has had standing water in it since I moved here back in May 2022. There is mold in my vents which still has not been cleaned. When I submit a repair request it gets ignored and I am told that there are other emergency repairs that need to be done first. This has been going on since May 2022. Faulty wiring in the apartment complex caused a fire and the management will not return my calls so I can get the apartment cleaned by more than just a "maid". I leave messages and no one calls me back nor picks up the phone when I call. Awful place to live.
The photos are not truthful in this advertisement. Walls are very thin, neighbors are very noisy. Doors don’t shut fully. Back door barely locks (safety hazard)
I really love the staff here! It did take some time to have repairs done but the facility is always kept clean and they are making more renovations.
Lived over here for abt 4 yrs. Everytime u turn around different staff in the office, don't return calls, place need to be TENTED for termites not sprayed, can't keep maintenance workers, been asking for another fridge over 2 months and finally got one today tht was too tall for the space and disgusting with no racks tht I sent bk. Don't waste your time moving over here only to get disappointed! This place has gone dwn drastically since I first moved in!

This is the worst most filthy place I have ever stayed. Residents throw garbage everywhere and there is no maintenance done to property. The lawn is all weeds and they never cut it. I was told by management they contracted it out they cut every Tuesday they have not cut it at all this month since I’ve been here. in Their website says maintenance on site. Cutters are clogged and falling down. Broke windows in units. There is a dog leash policy and no dogs are on leashes. I cannot even walk my dog on a leash. Do not ever move here if you’re smart.
These are by far the WORST apartments ever. I will NEVER recommend another person to the apartment complex again. I have had nothing but issues after issues. The fact no one has followed up with me pertaining my concerns just upset me more and more every day. I'm going to continue to let people know this is not what you want to call a home. Please, Please, Please make this a LAST and FINAL resort if you like have nowhere to live. Soon i'm going to Bay News 9 about this unorganized place. No one is running the leasing off and you cant get through on the phones. I don't understand hoe this place hasn't fell apart yet.
I have been without A/C for the past seven days in a row even though i call the office numerous times i also send emails requests, finally i had to get in touch with the complex area manager but she was very rude to me have as resident...
The community is great. I would say it is very well taken care of. Even though there are a couple of issues with the apartment they have been resolved. I am extremely pleased with the decision I made to rent at Enclave at Sabal Point. My neighbors are nice and friendly it's convenient for my children and the location is close to everything.
I'M a single parent, two kids I love my apartment and the community I'M in, it's very difficult to pay everything on time with out being late. I'M a hard working mother and on a great path of being more successful than I am. Thanks for hearing my story.
The apartments are okay .. Been. Stayind here for awhile .... Free rent for a year would be love (:
