Property Ratings at Enclave at Rivergate
The apartment complex is not horrible but I wish I would've looked and settled elsewhere. The term "luxury apartments" is being abused. On a positive note, Leanna has been great to work with, the complex is in a great location and it is a relatively quiet area. On a not so positive note, for starters the application/ move in process was quite lengthy and their systems had a number of technical issues that added to the delays. The day we went to pickup the keys/ do a walk through we were shown an apartment that looked like it was from a 1970 slum, nothing like the unit we toured. We then had to switch units to the 3rd floor, pay more than expected and it still was nothing like the unit we toured or the pictures but it was doable because we were in a crunch. When we moved in, we found dead bugs every where, the thermostat did not work, the lights in the kitchen malfunctioned, there was a hole in the wall, spray paint all over the floors from when they "repainted" and broken hardware pieces in the kitchen. Maintenance came out to fix the items and not even 3 days later we were still having the same issues. We moved in mid early September and we're still experiencing tech issues with paying our rent. Overall, I will say the price and size that you get are quite fair if you're new to the area looking to get your bearings. This is a pretty central location that helps you navigate. However, if you're looking long term I'd suggest looking elsewhere. For the money we spend, I could've gotten a true luxury apartment with updated features/ better amenities and better maintenance upkeep.

Nice apartments but pricing go up 3-5% annually. Amenities are nice but pool is usually opened late in the swimming season and grills are not well maintained which is an issue since you are not allowed to cook on your patio. Staff changes frequently but are normally responsive although their focus appears to be on new sales and not existing residents. Maintenance staff does a great job and normally is quick to address issues. Security is questionable, no cameras or security systems for common areas likely for legal privacy issues but a lot of riff raff people come through the property and thefts in vehicles is an issue.

a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

While we agree that our amenities are pretty fantastic, we do want to clarify that we do not have any elevators nor is there a four story covered parking garage anywhere on the property. We do have detached single car garages available for our residents to rent and, in addition to our 24/7 fitness center and enclosed pool and lounge area, we have a car care station, outdoor BBQ and picnic area, hammock park, and other great features for our residents to enjoy.
Me & my friend moved here in August of last year & have had no complaints! The food trucks are my favorite, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Living at the Enclave is great. Everything is close by, shopping center, Lake Wylie, Carowinds amusement park and restaurants. I wish we would have more resident events and gatherings.

I have been at Enclave at Rivergate going on 6 years! I love the staff, especially maintenance (Billy). The communication requests is always turn-around within hours. I love all the activities, especially the Food Trucks. The grounds are always kept up and overall I nice community to live in.

It has not been great! At first glance it looks good but a closer look will look a lot different these are suppose to be luxury apartments the only thing that is luxury is the price! The management are really nice the people who live here seem nice as well! The lack of maintenance and the quality of work that is done in the apartments and total lack of maintaining functional amenities that we pay for is where I have a big problem

Going on my 4th year here at Enclave and of all the apartment complexes in the area, I still feel I've made the best choice! The staff has been professional and helpful when there's been a concern and there are nice gestures extended throughout the year, wether it's remembering yuur birthday or getting reminders about food vendors or special events taking place on the complex. I look forward to what 2024 brings here at the Enclave!

Amazing location! Everything you need nearby with plenty of shops, food and a walking trail. Only down side is it’s off a busy road and if you love near you can hear it.

Overall a great place to live Tryon is a really busy street so units further away are better. The staff put on little get together a and food trucks weekly are nice as well.
