Right outside of Fort Worth and only about 45 minutes from Dallas, North Richland Hills is a large suburban community that has developed a local character independent from its larger neighbors. The local schools are excellent, and numerous family-friendly activities make it a terrific option for anyone with children.
In the summer, NRH2O Family Water Park is one of the most popular attractions in town, and hockey games at NYTEX Sports Centre draw big crowds in the colder months. The city has a robust arts community, including the Art in Public Spaces Program which has supported art installations all over the community since 2002. Dozens of different public parks around town give everyone easy access to open-air recreation.

My maintenance experience was very good. The short length of time I've lived here has been very nice. Any noise in the halls outside my door cannot be heard. That is really good comparing where I moved from.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Enclave at Hometown! The area is fantastic, and I especially love having easy access to the canal – it’s such a peaceful spot for walks and relaxation. The community itself is great; everyone is friendly, and the vibe here is very welcoming. One thing that could be improved is parking. Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to find a spot, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the leasing office and maintenance team have been wonderful. They’re always friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any needs or questions I have. Cailee recently helped me and was very helpful and kind.

Enclave at hometown is a very nice place to live. I wish they were better at answering the phone. It seems like every single time I call I am sent to voicemail and only occasionally called back. Otherwise, relatively calm and the location is perfect.

I have lived here for many years and at times I have been disappointed with a few things which is normal but Management listens and will try to fix the situation. People living here are nice. People working here are nice. I have met people here that have come from other Apts and they say this is a great place. I have friends here and kept the ones that have moved away to new homes. No place is perfect but I’m very happy living here. Judy M

This place has been a huge blessing for my wife and I! After living in many different apartment complexes over the years, I would have to say this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. It's safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Lovely complex with great landscaping in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to great shopping, recreation center and library. Managers have always been attentive to any of my questions or requests.

Nice, family oriented area/community to live in. Conveniently and centrally located to schools, shops and beautiful walking trails. Definitely an area great for families with children. It feels so safe here.

Are looks nice and is relatively safe but way over priced for what your getting you can find same quality or nicer for cheaper and with a built in garage or atleast laundry.

For apartment living in NRH, I can't imagine it getting much better than this. The property is well maintained with nice amenities. The location is fantastic and the staff is awesome. My family absolutely loves our town house!
