Beautiful community that’s in a great location to anywhere in Columbus and North I185. Love the gorgeous bronze statues throughout the property and the newly renovated Clubhouse. The staff is extremely friendly and caring! A great place to live!!

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in . Not only is the staff simply amazing , but the environment here is safe and warm. The apartment community is clean , welcoming , and positive . Please buy an apartment here when you all make your way to Columbus GA !

I have been residing at these apartments over the last 6 months. My experience have been more than DELIGHTFUL. The management team have address/resolved any issue or work orders in a timely manner (24-72 hours). I even received a personalized birthday message from the mngnt team.As a person from a tropical island, the pool and community area have made me feel at home. Looking for luxury living with a sense of community look no further.Thank You Carly and Sylvia.

I enjoyed my tour around property. I do not need an apartment until March 2023- but it is nice to tour early and narrow down. This location is definitely on the top of my list.

From the greeting to the tour ! Theu are all so pleasant. I loved that the manager came over to ask about my tour and if she could do anything to help me make my decision. The bedrooms are just too small. But I would have leased.

The staff is terrible and I would not subject myself or any family member to them. My daughter lived there as did some of her teammates from CSU. One of the teammates car was stolen and the staff blamed my daughter and her roommates. They even told the police that they thought the girls had something to do with it. One of the staff members was talking about the girls to their coach. They are very unprofessional. The girls were always accused of making noise, one time they were accused and they were out of town. So I think the staff had it in for them. They had issues with their apartment, the washer and dryer never worked properly. They always had bugs in their apartment. The folks that lived above them were loud and would make noise at 6:00am and nothing was ever done about them. Whenever I stayed at the apartment, without fail 6:00am I was woke up by the loud noise above the apartment. The staff was so nice when we were looking but were so mean once we moved in. I was so happy when the girls found a house to live in and were able to move out. I would not recommend this complex to anyone with students. It is not a nice place to live.

I moved here in December 2021 and I’ve regretted it ever since. I’ve been having bugs coming through my windows for over a month and pest control is not helping at all. I got bitten multiple times last night and had to drive over a hour to my parents house just to sleep. The apartment said pest control came today and said it was no bugs when I clearly have pictures and videos and there are still dead bugs on my walls and window panes. The apartment still wants me to put a 60 day notice in to break my lease knowing if they were getting bitten they would not want to live there. I don’t feel comfortable sleeping in the apartment anymore. This has also been triggering for me since I suffer from depression and anxiety. The walls are thin you hear everything that’s going on. Your neighbors talking, playing music, washing clothes, walking. My neighbors are super loud til 2-3am atleast 4 days a week. I’ve been woken to multiple loud thumps and have had multiple sleepless nights because of this. I shouldn’t have to be getting bitten for 60 more days just to get out my lease. This has been a horrible experience for me. Just imagine feeling the pain of bug bites and seeing one of the bugs who bit you on your pants. Traumatic.

Enclave is a great place to live. Maintenance and all staff are really helpful and friendly. We really enjoy the outdoor space at Enclave. Pool area is really fun in the summertime and the park area is nice for kids. We have enjoyed living here for many years. The staff are genuine and take care of you, which means a lot for busy people and families. We love Enclave! Thank you for all you do.

These individual units are nice, although they like to nickel and dime every small thing. You are required a key fob to enter, but if you have two working people in the same apartment their rule is one fob per apartment or an $80 non refundable charge for a second. They rarely answer the phone to help with issues. The communication was amazing when I was looking for an apartment. After I had paid my fees it was almost like costumer care is irrelevant. I had better service at 1 star apartments in Colorado.

This apartment complex is great! The office staff are great, they work with you and actually get back with you quickly, maintenance is amazing; the landscape of the place is beautiful, trust me even the driveway is amazing! The apartment buildings look so nice and updated. My apartment was wonderful! I had a balcony with a view of the trees behind us and it was seriously the best view. If you have any doubts, erase them because this place won’t disappoint!

Management has repeatedly accused us of things we have not done. Fines have been threatened of $100. After they even found out that we haven't done anything, no apology was given. Just overall rude staff, especially Sylvia, the manager. Also when we were trying to sign the lease, our building and price and everything changed without us being notified. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing is the pool. The freezer is too small to fit anything, our apartment flooded and the carpet was never replaced. My toes get stabbed walking over the carpet because of it being pulled up to air out and horribly put back in place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. If I could rate this lower I would.

I lived here over a year and had a amazing experience. The office and maintenance staff where amazing, if I ever had an issue they would get it resolved that same day. Some of the things I enjoyed was the car wash area, swimming pool, 24hr fitness room, and trash pick up! I referred two or three families here and so far they're enjoying this place!

I would have given it a 0 star if I had the option to do so. The office staff is a joke and all they care about is charging you with all kinds of fees. They are worse than car sales people. They are all good to get you in their trap and once they do you are done. They just don't care anymore. They just try to make every penny possible from you. None of the staff keeps their word. They tell you something over the phone and in person they say something else. I ended up paying $500 more than what I started with. I am completely satisfied with the location and the apartment itself but the staff makes it impossible to live there.
