Encanto at Mesa Del Sol is a bit expensive but the amenities and apartments layouts are very nice. There are some issues with unoccupied children using amenities and maintenance repairs that have to be paid for by the renter. No matter the size of the unit, only one parking space is allotted and paying for covered parking is not optional.

In our quest for an apartment, my spouse and I are thrilled to have discovered Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Albuquerque was unfamiliar to me when I first moved here for employment. Our initial choice on the list was Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Thanks to the leasing staff's assistance and warmth, the move-in process was easy and hassle-free. They are customer-focused in addition to being professional. The management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are well-cared for and the amenities are excellent. I wanted the location because it's closer to my place of employment, and so far, the commute has been manageable.

Living here has been so peaceful! No sirens, loud sounds, or crime! It’s safe! The parks and nature are a huge plus! The apartments are so high end and chic. The amenities are so nice! We are so happy to have found Encanto at Mesa Del Sol in our apartment search. We moved to the area from Pennsylvania and were not familiar with much of Albuquerque. Finding an apartment on the outskirts of town was perfect for us. The amenities and the quiet and beautiful location have been wonderful. Our cats are very happy here as well. I would not recommend living at Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Upon moving in, I did not have hot water due to cut electrical inside the walls from during construction that clearly got overlooked during inspection. Leasing was slow to respond to questions or concerns about the lease after taking deposit, application, and admin fees (and overcharging). This is concerning to me and I hope the rest of the property is safe. I was not informed while moving in that the amenities were not fully finished. Parking is difficult for bigger vehicles due to the carport spaces being so narrow and the posts being in the way. Overall, this place has been a disappointment.
