Central Tucson is a collection of neighborhoods that are home to some of Tucson’s major landmarks and destinations. Anchored by the Rillito River, Interstate 10, and Reid Park, this part of the city features historic homes built between 1920 and 1960 in varying architectural styles. We’ve lived here for around a year and it’s a great place to stay. It’s quiet, clean and has nice amenities. The front office staff is always kind and helpful. Todd and the maintenance team are quick to resolve orders and help with anything you need.

Cortland on the loop is the place to be! I seriously researched several communities when I was moving to Tucson, and this one came out on top. Cortland on the loop is an amazing apartment complex with excellent ammenities. We absolutely love having a kids play room in the gym, it was the major selling point and has helped us be more active! The pool, hottub and theatre are all big hits too. And the cherry on top is how friendly management is. We love Nate and Yvette and appreciate them so much!

Just have to remember you get what you pay for especially with apartments. Cortland has been a clean, good staffed place, and quiet community. The front office staff and maintenance are good people. Looking to live here a couple of years hopefully.

If you are single and living here, you will be fine. If you have a roommate or multiple cars, good luck. You will be coming home some days with no parking available at all. There's also some giant waste disposal container that is taking up 3-5 parking spots and it has been there for several months now. I recommend living at some place that actually has enough spots for its tenants.

The buildings are very well kept and the management and service staff are SO helpful and kind! Overall a wonderful place to live with great views and awesome amenities!
This particular complex is not the most people friendly. Neighbors rarely stop and say hello. Not even other pet people which is rare. Its suppose to be non-smoking but some smokers disregard. They go to the Dog Park and use that area as their smoking area and ash trays You also have to watch you monthly bills.
Cortland on the Loop is amazing. Lucas and Nate go above and beyond for every customer. Really enjoy living here

We moved into Cortland on the Loop (formerly Encantada Riverside Crossing) about eight months ago and have enjoyed living here. The property is well-kept, and the apartments are well-designed. Every staff member has been amicable, responsive, and professional. I would recommend living here.
My first apartment ever. Moved in during the middle of COVID, and I am so glad I did. Not only is this the most warm, beautiful, welcoming area to move into. And to add on to that, the staff here genuinely care about their residents and their needs. The staff is always welcoming you in their office with a warm welcome that makes you feel safe. The amenities in the area are top notch. Clean gym, beautiful clean pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Did I mention a movie theater? Yeah they have one too and its incredibly amazing. To say the least, my first apartment became my forever home. All because of the outstanding staff and team that are constantly working to provide a outstanding service for everyone that lives there. I highly recommend Cortland On The Loop

I just wanted to say that I love these apartments.And I would 100% recommend them to everyone! I used to live here back in 2017 and lived here for a year and I knew I had to come back and I have lived here again for a year and we decided to renew because it is GREAT!!
This community is in a great location. Amenities, size, distribution is great.
Stay away! If you are looking for a safe, luxury apartment with professional staff, keep looking because this is not that place! Apartment was filthy and in need of repair when I moved in, office staff (especially the manager) are outrageously rude and unprofessional. Parking is difficult (even though spots are assigned), packages stolen, front office incompetent. The parent company, HSL properties is even worse-- no semblance of customer service or professionalism. They refuse to respond to correspondences of any kind-- telephone and written. If I count rate this apartment lower, I would. This place is by far the worst rental experience that I have ever encountered. Stay away!
After living there for 1 year, I regret that I didn't choose different place. They have very poor quality place, poor quality dish washers and washer and dryer. Water in the pool is cold unless you ask them to heat it which takes for ever. I advice everyone not to live here.
Very nice apartments...feel safe here. Always have get togethers. Very prompt with fixing things when needed. Very nice when you call in for anything
