I have truly found a home here at Emme. Emme combines a one-of-a-kind physical space with a truly unique community. Having lived here for 4 years, I can say the physical space is just as beautiful, thoughtful, and functional as it was when the building first opened up. The amenities are never overused. To put it simply, you feel like you are living in a spa here! The community is small and organic enough that you feel connected to other residents but never feel like you are tripping over anyone. I can't say enough about the physical environment here at Emme. Almost everyday you can be reminded of why this building has won design and architectural awards. There is so much thought and care put into the floor-plans and common areas. Finally, the staff enable a personalized experience that I have not seen (by a long shot) at other buildings. I moved back to Chicago years ago, concerned about finding a fresh start... Emme gave me that with a home that I am truly proud, even of 4 years later... and for that, I am thankful.

Love this community and the management. The staff is the kindest of any building I’ve lived in before and the maintenance teams are meticulous and tidy. Made so many friends here that I’m grateful for for life, and became part of the Train Moment community as well, as the studio is attached to Emme and a 10 second walk from the entrance of Emme.

Living at EMME has been the best experience I've had with an apartment. After moving across the country with less than a month's notice, EMME made it easy to schedule a tour and complete the application process. This was by far one of the smoothest moves I've had and I'm absolutely in love with the building. The amenities make it feel like I'm staying in a hotel while the community and friendly staff make it feel like home. I've been recommending EMME to everybody I know looking for an apartment.

Friendliest community and management in the West Loop

An intimate, modern facility where staff and fellow residents know you (at the level which youre most comfortable). Quiet community as a result of this respect for one another.

Have been living at Emme for 2 years and have had a good experience until recently. There was a fire and significant water damage to 2 floors recently and the lack of communication from management and load noise from the all the construction outside my unit makes it very unpleasant place to live, especially when having to WFH and during Covid.

EMME is a gorgeous building in one of the West Loop's most convenient locations. The units get great natural light and have a sleek, modern appearance. I love that my studio is so spacious and everyone I've met from staff to other residents in the building has been extremely friendly!

EMME is in a great location in the city. The management team has been great to work with. Everything in the building is very clean and well maintained.

We love living at Emme! The apartments are beautifully done and very chiq looking. The amenities are awesome and we use the outdoor space almost daily. It is also in very convenient location, with ability to walk to the loop, west loop, river north, and the river walk. Would definitely recommend pursuing Emme.

Living at EMME speaks to the phrase "quality over quantity". It's exactly what my fiance and I have found here, our home for almost 2 years. We have made the space our own and kept the things that are important to us and have so enjoyed the ammenities and the EMME community and community spaces.

EMME became home at first sight. I was looking for an apartment building that had a community, comfortable, and centrally located feel and EMME checked all of the boxes.

The intimacy of a smaller-sized community along with the ideal location made for a great move-in experience.

Love the sustainable vibe, interior, amenities and the doormen. Apartments offer a great floor plan and lots of natural light. Most of the residents are young professionals. The location is fantastic. 2 workout classes a week keep you fit!

Moving from another country was a daunting enough task but then to turn around and find a perfect place to live we thought was going to be impossible. One visit to the EMME changed all that. Never have I felt more comfortable or at ease in a living situation. To top it all off it is one of the most environmentally conscious buildings (not just apartments) I have ever encountered. Top marks across the board for the EMME and all the staff who work there.

Emme has been such a wonderful place to live! The building is very quiet and peaceful, office staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the concierge are very helpful! I highly recommend living at Emme!

I moved to Chicago for work, coming from Southern California. I was extremely happy to find an environmentally conscious building that was aesthetically beautiful, in a fantastic location to restaurants, the train station for my commute, and that had all the amenities I require for a building. The staff made my decision to move here very easy due to their very helpful and responsive interactions throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this building for anyone who is use to luxury high rise living and also needs to be proximal to public transportation AND a good restaurant scene.

Emme is a friendly, well-maintained building. Great location. I can walk to work in the Loop and all the restaurants in the West Loop. Staff is thoughtful and helpful.
