Living at the Emery has turned out to be better than I expected. I love my apartment and I get surprised at all the well thought out items and quality features in the kitchen and bathroom. The sockets are well positioned and I love the appliances which are all stainless steel. I love how mindful the tenants are. No rowdy parties or loud noices in the corridors. The corridors are clean and air conditioner. I live above the pool and its busy during the weekends but never loud. It really feels like home

Look, the people are friendly, maintenance is quick to respond and super friendly. The cleaning lady is lovely. But...the pool hasn't worked in two years. Why is the amenity still listed? The claim it's awaiting inspection, but by the time that's done, summer will be over again. Then the elevator was down for a month. When you need to carry heavy groceries and so on, you'd find out they locked the central operational elevator down for people to move in. They give next to no notice when entering your apartment (in some instances less than 24 hours). Every other place I've lived gives at least a week even if legally they don't have to. The hallways always reek. And when they clean it, it just smells of mildew (the cleaning lady is actually really wonderful, it's not her, she does a great job). If you want to overpay, this is the place.

I’ve had an OK experience here. The apartment is in good condition and maintenance services are good. There have been issues with the building (pool is broken, elevators breaking down, fob security issues) that I feel haven’t been addressed with urgency or communicated well to residents.

This apartment complex does not fulfill their promises, specifically the amenities I anticipated having. They told me the pool would be complete by the springtime before I moved in, its Mid September and still not open.

My experience at the Emery has been great- they made move-in super easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of my apartment unit. They are great communicators and always give us advanced notice in the case of inspections/maintenance as well as upcoming events. The complex really has everything you need for moving to Denver and is in a great location! I've been very happy with my decision.

0/5 STARS The leasing office has more turnover than anywhere I've ever experienced, resulting in extremely POOR service to their paying tenants. The advertised amenities are basically NON EXISTENT right now. I signed a 15 month lease starting in June 2021 and the hot tub didn't work until the very last month of my lease in August 2022. I signed another lease until April 2023 which was a huge mistake. The hot tub was open for 1.5 months and then closed for the "season" AKA the only "season" you would want it to work - the WINTER. The pool and hot tub are still closed with no timeline for reopening. Be advised that they only advertise the "base rent" price when you sign your lease. You'll find once your lease starts that they charge the tenants for all the utilities in the building adding up to $100+ more per month. Then you also pay for electricity and wifi on your own. Packages are delivered to a package room and if you don't retrieve after 3 days, they charge you $3 per day. Oh and definitely don't think that returning your keys the morning after your lease ends isn't a big deal to them. You'll be charged a prorated amount for that night, with no if, ands, or buts. Mine was $75. Safe to say the people who run Emery West Highland are gatekeepers and enjoy exercising their power far more often than providing a single ounce of hospitality. My advice is to live elsewhere.

I would not recommend Emery West Highland. My service requests have been ignored and the building interior doors are extremely loud making the unit very uncomfortable and at time impossible to live comfortably in.

The property is nice, however the hot tub hasn't worked the entire year and a half I've lived here, there are constant break ins in the garage, packages have been stolen and they almost never provide social events for residents.

We had a great experience with Emery so far. We were able to walk and tour. They give you a quoted price and lock that in for 2 days so you have time to think about your decision which I loved! The amenities are great, especially the package system they have. Love my apt and view I have of the mountains!

I have been a resident here almost a year now and the urgency of maintenance has been more than consistent. I appreciate the heart of the maintenance team. It seems as though they put themselves in my shoes as a tenant so that they understand more and execute. My name is Andre Sloan and Ive been a resident since July. I have moved here from Houston to peruse ministry and the Emery was my selection from the beginning. Now honestly every apartments or even home has its own issues and problems but what separates homes from living situation are the responses and actions to the problems at hand from the management or team. The Emery has not only acted with kindness but has responded to everyone of my situations/problems with great urgency and care. Being that Im from Houston, away from family, the Emerys hospitality and care for the tenants has made me more aware that the care for a persons needs is the true essence of family and Im forever grateful. We are new to Emery West Highland (and Denver!) and have been enjoying it here so far. The building staff, most notably Jenna and Makayla from the leasing office, and Josh and Dudley from the maintenance team, have been incredibly attentive which we appreciate. The location is great - we love being so close to downtown Highlands and Berkeley and a couple of the nearby lakes and parks. And we can't complain about the mountain views!

It's great except for the $30/month valet garbage pickup you can't opt out of and the hot tub has never worked/lack of transparency around why it hasn't been fixed.

The Emery West Highland is definitely the place to be. It is located in a great historic neighborhood and also in the center of whatever you need. Clean complex, fun activities around, spacious floor plans, and a atmosphere of home. I have moved here from Houston and didnt know what to expect but the management team here walked me through everything and stayed in constant communication with me to ensure I felt like family. I love this place and you will too.

I love living at Emery West Highland! It's a great community of young adults in an awesome location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The amenities and finishes in the apartments are incredible for the rental price. Can't beat it!

Brandon was/is my leasing agent and has been very helpful and honest about everything. He showed me all of the apartment options I wanted to see but did not try to push me into an apartment that I expressed being out of my budget. Understood and helped me make the best decision for me financially and living wise. I REALLY appreciated this!!! The apartment was also nearly the same but more bang for the buck as new complexes next door. I got the same thing/more and get to save more. Win-win!

Living here has been a solid experience. Highly recommend. Rates are not cheap, but given the location, amenities, and service, you will be hard-pressed to find anything better in the Denver Metro. Give this community a long look.

I think it is a great apartment but once it is full, I think it going to be really hard to use the amenities like the hot tub and gym. The hot tub last night had 8 people in it and was super cramped. I moved in knowing the one thing I wanted on my wish list was a dog park/run. I was bummed to find out that was not open, but the outside areas are at least giving her a place to use.
Definitely would recommend because everyone here cares about their job and customer service is a priority and they all make you feel like you matter. I would and do recommend this community.
All you will hear at this apartment, is beeping from the construction that is never ending. If you are looking for peace and quiet, avoid this place.
